Best Biryani in South Bombay. The place is a little small but the service and atmosphere is great even during weekends.

This is the best place for having lunch and dinner.
Very low/cheap price n the best quality of food, you will get here.

Even though the place was high in standard I can't imagine that this hotel's price is very low.

I've been here multiple times and I just can't get enough. Mutton nihari is to kill for, go for korma if nihari is out of stock.
Chicken biryani, chicken boti fry, & beef items are commendable too.
The custard/pudding is a must try.
There's also an adorable kitty that greets you at the entrance. So +++ for all cat lovers

Baghdadi is a place like no other. I'm yet to find a place that has better value for money and the quality and taste of food that this place delivers.
It's the ultimate bang for buck.

We tried the Tandoori Rotis, Paneer Masala and Butter Chicken along with lime sodas.
A party of 3 and our bill was about ₹550.
It just doesn't get better than that especially with such good food.

As long as they can keep up the consistency, this place will go down in the history books.

Something I love about the restaurant is the huge tandoori roti that they serve.I highly recommend to try the Chicken Kadai with the roti.

This restaurant is genuinely authentic, offering an experience that feels true to its roots without making you feel out of place as a Westerner. The food was exceptional. However, it's advisable to learn the names of the dishes in Hindi beforehand, as the waiters do not speak English. This isn't a critique of the staff, but rather a helpful tip for visitors.

This lane is filled with street food on either side which adds to the excitement to the place. If you come during peak lunch or dinner times you will have to wait for around 25 mins to get a seat. But don't let that demotivate you to check this place out. We had ordered the beef fried rice and fried chicken. The fried chicken was great. I absolutely loved it. Crispy on the out and juicy inside. Could have licked the bones but I usually defer those actions only at home. The beef fried rice was good too. The beef chunks were big which is not what you get else where. They were cooked perfectly. The egg was salty which did not ruin the experience. They have a few more icon dishes that I plan to order during my next visit.

A simple place to sit down and taste some of the most delicious dishes. Nothing fancy just great food and service with a smile. The prices would transport you to the old world charm. Out of all the dishes it's always been the caramel custard which has me going back to this restaurant again and again. The best caramel custard I have tasted in Mumbai. Must visit if you want to have some great Non Vegetarian food and definitely don't miss their Caramel Custard

Pocket friendly place for non-veg lovers... You must order their daily special dishes... The owner of the restaurant is very friendly The options are multiple and service is extremely quick. Food is delicious and good quality

Located in the bylanes of Sobo. This place screams of old Bombay vibes right from the way the sitting arrangement is to the menu board and even the service.

Its absolutely amazing.

We went in for a quick dessert break and landed up having some amazing caramel custard.

The caramel custard was so delicious and it just melted in the mouth. Although as are all the other restaurants in Colaba this one is also working on "only cash policy".

We tried Nalli Nihari, it was so delicious and filling! Must try when visiting here. They mentioned that they have chai/chass such beverages on the menu. But when ordered they did not have it. Maybe just one day they did not have !

When you enter this place you get the vibes of 80s and 90s restuarant and they have still kept it as it is to have that oldies feeling.The food is absolutely stunning and its wonderful and you can try all types of mutton and chicken.This restaurant is always full and you might have to wait a bit for your seat. So whenever you go towards gateway you can try to have your meal here i bet you will not get disappointed for sure
