I made an order availing card offer but after receiving my order, i was intimidated that one of the key medicine was cancelled in that order. Also, my card offer discount is not given in form of money but in thier own wallet. And to avail such wallet money new order has to be placed and delivery charges as per new order has to be paid, which is a clear loot from Pharmeasy since it’s their responsibility to fulfill my order but burden of their poor tracking system of out os stock medicines, i have to bear an additional cost which was not to be payable before. Shame on you guys! Also, No follow up for any complaints, u just have to call yourself everytime to them and wait for 1 day for any complaint made.

Having a MAJOR issue with a big Pharmeasy order which is NOT getting anywhere seeking help from their Customer Support relentlessly over last 4 days :( Would appreciate if someone can share a contact (email/mobile) other than Customer care numbers and email which too DID NOT work despite repeated efforts) where I can escalate for help!

I've always had a good experience with PharmEasy, started ordering online medicines from covid times. On 27th March, 2023 - I was completely put off, the courier boy did a fraud with my mom who is a senior citizen. He showed her the bill was rs5000/- post discount calculated to rs4966/-. Actually the bill amount was rs 2966/-. Unfortunately I was not around to pay. We complained, there was an inquiry, but of no use. The final response was sorry we're unable to help.

The reason why this could occur
1. It was not the courier guys responsibility to calculate any discounts-why this happened?
2. the invoice/bill does not have a total amount, it is like janam patrika, this one was almost 8 pages long,
3. the print isn't clear to even read the order ID, forget the amount.
4. The total amount to pay is not mentioned.

All above loop holes, well known by the courier boy . Hence he could do this fraud.....

It is fault of PharmEasy for not providing a proper bill or invoice with the final amount to be paid- this a right of the customer!!

PharmEasy should be penalized and should pay my money back with interest for the humongous follow ups I've done spending my time and energy on this issue +the agony caused to my senior citizen mom who is a diabetic.

Beware to all other customers, stop ordering from PharmEasy

Extremely bad and poor service by Pharmeasy. Not at all happy with their delivery promises. We pay money in advance, but never keep up the delivery schedule. They pay crores to that useless commercial of a movie actor which is made very badly using public money but never deliver the medicines. Its NOT GROCERY. Its life saving medication. Will have to STOP USING Pharmeasy for future requirements.

Very bad experience at very first app use. No proper tracking of things at the end moment order gets cancelled due to not available in stock msg. (Placed yesterday night today morning it shows item not in stock) very bad if you are ordering something life supportive. Cant relay on it. Very bad experience. Its better to order form somewhere else. Customer support is also clueless. I think their services are not up to the Mark

I want to know about what pharm easy fraud app of genuine. Due to i ordered medicine and not delivered on time and always received fake massage from pharmeasy and courier partner from last three days.

Useless company - Avoid buying from them

Been 5 days now still order not delivered. Bought plus membership as well of no use.

Customer care is hopeless. Escalation Team Shraddha and CSE Jyoti contradict each other and cut the call. Still no trace of order. You also CANNOT raise a ticket as per CSE, it is company policy. There is no proper complaints team in place.

All in All - Big Disappointment - AVOID

Most worst online platform I can say... If you place an order and want to return than their portal never accept the return.. while we call their customer care executive they never resolve and come back.. they promise all the time for call back but it never comes.. At customer level they never think a single %.. all the times they used to sale their medicines in change for making more money..while we ask for return they used to say we can't help... Currently I am having with wrong medicines of 2K without any use which is bought less than month period in which last 15-20 days I was following up.. so ideally they can't help for their mistakes even though reported in 10-12 day.. simply a lootmaar...

Cheaters, amount of bill exeggerated, took more money than lis listed price, paid money through card. Order cancelled suo Moto without assigning any reason. Contacted them with very difficulty on telephone and on email. After great pursuation I got my money back. The question is why they could bill more than listed price if not deliberately than why they have accepted my money. And after follow up vigorously I got my money back.

I am writing to you, as I have not received the reports for the said order D478242.

I fail to understand the reason for the delay, I spoke with your front desk, however all are clueless.

I am in 2 thoughts if the reports will be accurate, as the sample should get tested within a stipulated time frame, which I believe is not done, else the reports should have been published by now. Also to remind you that the TAT of 48 hours has already passed. Just to let you know that the industry benchmark is to provide the reports within 12 hours of sample collection.

We waited for this for the stipulated period of time, however in vain. I would request you to cancel this order and refund my money back.

As I am done with Pharmeasy & won't ever return back or would I refer anyone to you.

I would suggest you rebrand the website to Pharm-Difficult, as it's not easy to get in touch.

If I don't receive your response & my refund in the next 24 hours, I would be forced to complain it further to the respective authorities.

My Order no. is D1500066 and I am a Pharmeasy Plus member. On March 2, I had booked two lab tests for my wife. The first was 'Free Beta HCG' and the second was 'Healthy 2022 Full Body Checkup'. The test was done on 2nd March at 10 am and the report was received by me on 3rd March at 2 pm which was almost 28 hours after the test. When we saw the free beta hcg report the report showed that my wife's hcg report is negative but my wife had already did her pregnancy test through pregnancy kit before the lab test and she got a positive result but as per the Pharmeasy lab test her HCG report was negative so when after the report came she decided to do her pregnancy test again through pregnancy kit and after the test the result was positive again. We both were very confused So after that we consult the doctor for the report received from the Pharmeasy lab which was showing that the pregnancy report of my wife is negative. So the doctors advise us to do the HCG test again from another lab. After that we did the HCG test again from the another lab and on the same day, we got the report in the evening and the report came positive. After seeing the report we were shocked that this is actually a big mistake of the pharmacy lab and it had also broken our trust in the pharmacy lab. And now we are confused whether the second full body check report is correct or not.

You guys can't understand the feelings of me and my family when we got the wrong HCG report.  Pharmeasy labs are not trustworthy. They can ruin your family feelings anytime. I would never suggest anyone to test with a pharmeasy. And for me being a Pharmeasy Plus member is my biggest mistake.

I need a immediate solution on this and you guys have to take immediate action on this issue and find out the person who generate the wrong reports in your labs.

After escalating the issue through mail, i'm not getting any solution from the Pharmeasy team. This is worst services can anyone expected.

Ordered Full body check. They uploaded incomplete report. No proper response on complaining. Every person that comes on phone keeps saying sorry but there is no action. Once they get money the customer has no value. Never deal with this organisation.

Would like to add that complete report appeared in email that night. But, even after writing to them they failed to realise their failure to deliver complete physical report. Internal non clearity prevails. The organisation definitely needs to improve.

Never books diagnostic tests through them. No process in place. Money once paid no one comes to collect sample. The customer service number is a joke, untrained executives, no resolution, no escalation matrix. They are not tired up with any diagnostic centers, they operate through middlemen, who take no onus of the samples collected. They should be banned from functioning like this !
