Great office Visited for Cornell Maha 60

I had paid the money online for shop and establishment license for my Startup MyVIA Soaps. Nothing has happened Yet. It is like this old habits die hard. The habit is to get the commission via agents, increase paper work and delay the whole process. Start up India-Make in India ...disappointing, looks like I would have to go to an agent, shell out more cash and get my work done. Please do not pay anything on this site. I have wasted 350 odd Rs.

There is no option for giving 0 rating for this web portal, For that giving 1 star, From last 2 to 3 months trying to fill online form for "Shops and Establishments" and its shows "Shop service is under maintenance. We will be back shortly.", I am requesting to goverment of Maharashtra that please invlove Private IT company in this, They will take good care of it, Also I am trying to get connected on call numbers given in Contact Us page, Not single number is connecting, Its very sad that Maharashtra governments Main Portal has this type of errors.

USELESS WEBSITE. NOT ABLE TO RETRIEVE MY APPLICATION. THEY SHOULD CHANGE TAG LINE OF EASE OF DOING BUSINESS TO NUISANCE OF DOING BUSINESS

Not receiving OTP 2 days while registering, poor website... no use, not user friendly... only chaos

मैत्री पोर्टल अगदी useless आहें.
profile बनवण्यासाठी २३.६० रु. घेतले जात आहे.
परंतु profile बनल्यानंतर services provided या टॅब अंतर्गत labour services वर लिंक केले जाते
तेथे आधीच दुसऱ्या user ची माहिती असते..
म्हणजे तुम्हाला २ -३ नवीन profile बनवाव्या लागतात (अर्थात प्रत्येक वेळी २३.६० रु. भरुन )
गम्मत म्हणजे तुम्ही शॉप ऍक्ट च फॉर्म भरल्यानंतर आणि payment केल्यानंतर एखाद्या दुसऱ्याच user ची
माहिती दाखवली जाते...
मी एका शॉप ऍक्ट साठी ३८० + ३८० भरून सुद्धा माझ्या profile वर मागील वर्षी शॉप ऍक्ट भेटलेल्या user चे certificate
दाखवत आहे..
customer care फोन उचलत नाही..सुदैवाने उचललाच तर मेल पाठवा असं सांगितलं जातं.....
आता पर्यंत बरेच mail केले पण झाले काही नाही..
site ला problem असेल तर बंद ठेवा.. नाहक लोकांचे प्रयोग चालू आहेत व त्यांचे नुकसान होत आहे..
या पेक्षा manual system बरी होती..
