Why the MAHADBT Scholarship Portal profile update is not working from nearly month all student and parents with center operators are harassed with this portal, why you are not looking for smooth working server, there are no notification updated on portal about server is working or not, or it is failure of related gov ministry and software industry that they cannot keep this portal soomthly.

Really bad experience with the Mahadbt portal, the way it’s developed by this firm and maintained. The tickets raised by the customer has no meaning , the technical support team has standard response and close the tickets without even consulting the customer who have raised it. I have raised legit technical issues / concerns and the technical team would verify from their local and close the tickets. I mean even after attaching error screenshots they have standard response - “no error, share Application number, share screenshot of the error etc” and then goes ahead to close the ticket. There so many loopholes and flaws in the application , I hope the manager/ lead takes note of this by going through the tickets.

MAHA IT website design is not in proper way. Being entered valid information for the pune police website it's running peogramm of invalid number.
