The store is well organized. The quality of cotton clothes is excellent. You can get dropped off at the entrance or park your car in the basement. The store was not very crowded.

What an amazing outlet of Westside. I would say this is the best in Mumbai for trending fashion as per market. Also the prices are quite affordable ranging from Rs. 1200 - Rs. 1500 for good quality and stylish clothes.

Free parking space , prime location , formal wear , casual wear , in all sizes of all age groups, footwear , home decor and a coffee shop . Good prices and styles ,Good experience .

Today i visited Westside with my sister and Sis-in-law to shop for my wife and daughter. Our sales Person Akshada was just wonderful. The level of service provided by Akshada was amazing and we left the store with a big smile on our face. Our checkout process was also smooth and Shradha did an amazing job.

Hats off to Westside and their staff for really taking care of their customers.

My only complain was that I could not find kurtas for me :(. I was told that new stock will be coming in a week or two.

Clothes are very good quality. My go-to for children's clothes and linen. Towels , napkins and bed covers are excellent. Don't bleed so safe for machine wash. Home decor is also great. Counter staff is helpful and prompt. Cafe is nice and well-priced.

This is my go to place for quick shopping and always love what they have to offer. The staff could be trained to better handle customers and I offen find that they are under staffed.

Very helpful staff and wide range of clothing also their cafe is awesome the sandwiches pastries and coffee

Loved the collection and shopping here... will visit again but I want to raise this point .. what's the benefit of taking membership of Westside? Though I have taken but I don't think it is a fulfilling idea... Or maybe the representative couldn't explain properly ... but I don't think i have gained anything from taking their membership

It has apparels for men, women, children. It also has home decor stuff. It also houses an in house cafeteria. Quality of stuff is good. Pricing is little on higher side without discounts.
It has SALE during January and July. During this time there is mad rush at the store. You may find good deals on stuff but you will also encounter long queues for billing. During sale period, do not expect too much from staff there as they are really stretched out.
Do take their membership it will save you some extra bucks on bill.

Good collection of garments and cosmetic stuff. Friendly and helpful and polite staff. Store is big enough to spend time, but small enough to not confuse you.

Recent changes in the layout of the sections is welcome.

The cafe at the store is worth the visit. Excellent salads, though limited options, they are fresh and healthy. The desserts and pastry section is awesome. The ginger muffins are so good.

Though the size of the Cheesecake slice is too big.

Quite big store with good collection. I had picked up some kids clothes and the designs and quality was good.
P.s the designs comes first in south Bombay, the patterns which were available there were not available in other Mumbai Westside stores. So it's totally worth visiting there.
