Pepperfry Furniture Shop/Store in Juhu, Mumbai

I recently visited the Pepperfry outlet in Juhu, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with their service from the moment I stepped in, I was greeted warmly by the staff, who were attentive and helpful throughout my visit. The ambiance of the store was inviting, with a wide array of furniture and home decor items beautifully displayed. The staff members were knowledgeable about their products and were able to assist me in finding exactly what I was looking for. What stood out to me the most was the level of customer service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that I had a pleasant shopping experience. They patiently answered all my questions.

Overall a great experience. In store associate Saaiba was well informed and assisted beyond her expected duties. The store experience is helpful in making furniture and decor decisions easier.

Pepperfry has a great selection and makes it easy to purchase. We worked with Saaiba and she was very knowledgeable and guided us to find the perfect chairs we were shopping for. Their price was very fair and so far the experience was great. We had to order chairs so we'll hope the great service continues.

Great experience and service by Mr. Ajay who was extremely helpful at the Juhu store. He understood our requirement and even through the desired product was not available on display he made sure he kept connected with us for the next 2-3 days over WhatsApp and ultimately we were able to buy the desired product at a better price versus the available online price.

We visited the Juhu store where the Ambience was pretty good. The staff were very receptive and helpful especially Ajay who also offers to assist with measuring the site ensuring that items ordered would fit at the intended locations.

Have not physically been to the store but checked it out online and dealt with M/s Saaiba at the store. Very pleasant experience as not only was she and the staff helpful but very efficient....knew their job thoroughly. Helped me out with choices selection and all the way to payment with all eligible discounts. Thanks guys
