I recently had the pleasure of staying at Fortune Park Moksha, Mcleod Ganj - Member ITC's Hotel Group, and I must say that it was an absolutely amazing experience. The hotel staff, led by Arun and Nitika at the front desk, went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was absolutely amazing. They took care of all my needs, including making special arrangements for my birthday celebrations, which made my stay even more special and memorable.

I was also impressed with the Wellness center at the hotel. Akash, who was in charge of the center, was simply amazing and an artist of his craft. His attention to detail and ability to personalize each treatment to my needs was outstanding.

The hotel itself was beautiful and well-maintained, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The food at the restaurant was also exceptional, with a wide variety of delicious dishes to choose from.

Overall, my experience at Fortune Park Moksha was nothing short of exceptional, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay. Thank you to the entire staff for making my stay so special.

A great evening spent. Commendable hospitality with special mention to Mr. Roshan Thakur and Mr. Vishal amd Mr. Satish Parmar. They make you feel at home ! A must visit if you are in Dharamshala.

My husband and I were at this property in November 2022 and it was such a pleasant stay. Right from the rooms to their service staff everything was flawless. Everyone is meticulously trained to deliver Fortune standard services. To be providing such impeccable services in such remote corners of the country is commendable!

Impeccable service, making the stay at the end point of the cliff with serene view of the snow capped mountains from the balcony of the Suite ( accessible to all residents ) worth the time spent here. Assorted and expansive menu, live singers mashing up 80s, 90s, and latest music over a Sunday dinner with windy evenings and family around - MEMORIES CREATED.

The room is extremely spacious facing the valley with a personal balcony overlooking the pool.

The property is like a hotel on a cliff and not a resort if that is what you expect from ITC.

My travel dates were 28-Dec to 30-Dec. Hotel staff was very courteous and helpful. I am an avid traveller and I came across a very clean hotel room after a long time. Amenities are plentiful and the hotel is managed very well. Food variety in the breakfast buffet is good plus their bar is very well stocked. The views are amazing especially from the sitout area next to the restaurant. One important thing is that this hotel is about 7kms from the mcleodganj chowk but they run a paid shuttle service at a reasonable rate. As it is away from the hustle and bustle of the market, expect lot calmness and tranquility in the air throughout the day. Absolutely loved my stay & will go back for a longer stay.

Location: The hotel is located at the out skirts of the city at Satobari. It is a serene location that over looks the valleys. On a clear day one can get a glimpse of the snow clad Himalayas from the resort.
Rooms: We took the club rooms here. The rooms were cozy and well furnished. Each room had a small balcony overlooking the valley and a hill side farm. They had all modern amenities in the room.
Dining: I would perhaps rate the dining experience here is way above par among its competitors. They had a wonderful selection for the complementary breakfast. It was surprising to see south Indian dishes to feature in their breakfast. The lunch and dinner menu have wonderful choices too. Salt and pepper corn was delicious.
Staff: Friendly and courteous. The travel desk is well managed as well.

But even more amazing was the customer service especially in the dining hall ..easily 5+ stars!
On the first day, we gave feedback that the quality of espresso/cappuccino did not meet our expectations. For the rest of our stay, they experimented with various coffee beans and proactively offered us different types of coffee to get feedback......until they perfected it!

Overall, I would recommend Fortune Park Moksha as a good choice for travelers looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay in Dharamshala, especially for those seeking a serene natural setting.

I stayed at this property for 3 nights and had a wonderful experience. Its a beautiful property with a view . My experience was very pleasant with the. I am highly impressed with the team and training provided to each one of them.

We stayed here from 22-26th Nov, 2018. It's an amazing place to relax and refresh yourself before heading back to your everyday life. The room and the entire property were very well maintained and you get a beautiful view. The food was really good. The staff was very helpful too. From what I have heard about the other hotels there and from my own experience staying there, I would definitely say that this is the best place to stay in Dharamshala.
