More than the property, the generous behaviour of the staff won my heart :)
My mom had fallen sick and it was on a Sunday when it was crowded in the city because of the local exhibit the staff helped us reach the nearby hospital and waited patiently with us until we returned from the checkup.
I owe you, people, a big thanks :)
The property is really good and when looking for a break from the busy routine and the pollution around you must plan for a stay here.
The food is worth the cost and the activity area is spacious and connects you with nature.
The rooms here help you wake up to a beautiful snowy mountain view.

We booked last minute here and everything was very smooth. The dining experience was excellent; very tasty, multiple varieties of dishes, all freshly prepared and served. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive to all of our needs. The rooms and overall property are great quality. I would recommend this resort to anyone and will likely come back again.

The chef was on the toe in the restaurant taking orders asking for the quality and taste great 👍

The Dharamshala Club Mahindra is never going to be their property which is known for their prized location or their room dimensions.Instead it is the one with the best service of all Club Mahindra's I have been to. Such sweet and humble staff which went out of their way to help is always a great part of the vacation which made our stay very comfortable. The property is 10 mins drive away from Dharamshala and 20-25 mins from Mcleodganj and right on the main road . There are some very good bakeries around this location which one should try out . Food is expensive here so we ended up eating out most of the time .Overall would love to come back just for the people working here!

Visited in Mar. 2022 from Hyderabad and Interaction with all the team members was good. Welcome was amazing. Food ( Breakfast, Lunch and dinner) Quality was good , Super Ambience around the Resort. Quality of room service ,Travel desk , Dining , House keeping Excellent. Travel desk supported a lot for arranging transport for my site seeing , Pickup and dropping. Driver was good well experience on the road and places. Evening fun Activities also arranged. Overall the Service and respect to to customers is excellent

This wasn't my first visit to Dharmshala but Club Mahindra made it special.

I owe big thanks to the supremely talented and dedicated staff at Club Mahindra Dharmshala. Not only was the Resort, Amenities , and service excellent but the behavior and politeness of their team won my heart. The room was Fantastic. I could see Mountains of ice right from my window.

Everyone from the people at front desk, coordinators, and even the security team did a wonderful job. Cant forget to thank the Chef for the Amazing food and especially the galouti kebabs that he specially made for us.

We stayed here for a week and really enjoyed our stay.. The staff was extremely courteous and greet everyone with a smile and a namaste.. The location is convenient to access McLeodganj, Kangra and Mandi..
The food is quite well set here though it is a bit on a higher price point..
The service was just wonderful and convenient and with a smile..
This is a resort that Club Mahindra has taken it under their fold so you cannot technically compare it with their other owned resorts..
Few points though, like the wheelchair access seemed to be missing and there is no elevator so the bags need to be carried up the stairs..
But overall it was a great experience!!

CM Dharamshala is good. I have wonderful experience there. Rooms are average but the service of the staff is excellent. Everyone is very cooperative and supportive. Feeling very comfortable. Staff is provide all help to you.

Rooms were great, they were neat clean and the bathrooms were small but very clean and tidy.
Hot water was always available and there was Air conditioning in all rooms.
Veg and non veg food was good but non veg was slightly lacking.
There were alot of In-Resort activities.
We ordered tandoori trout fish and it was excellent.
The service was Exceptional.

Amazing stay. Spacious rooms. The 2BR have ample space for 4 adults & 2~3 kids Without any extra bedding.
The staff is very helpful.
The view from garden is amazing facing the snow peak mountains with no interruptions.

Staff behavior is very politely. Pratiksha has done dance very energetic and fun games is very attractive , team headed by Shashi Kapoor. Anchal performance is also too good.

Amazing Experience! We enjoyed a lot at Club Mahindra The staff was also very helpful and kind especially Pratiksha who was very cheerful .she and Ritu made us enjoy a lot.we danced and enjoyed at punjabi theme organised on saturday. We give 5 stars to Pratiksha, Ritu and shashi kapoor for excellent service.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Very humble & welcoming staff. We really loved the desserts & nonveg dishes. Chef Mr. Thani was too polite & was open for feedbacks. He made us try some amazing desserts here. Thank you so much. Although we have seen way better Club Mahindra Properties but overall it was a good stay. Thank you so much for such lovely gesture.

Wonderful hospitality by a very amiable, humble and enthusiastic staff. A complete package with good food, happy entertainment and comfortable stay. Special mention of very cute activity incharge Pratiksha. She took great pains to even tutor us to dance with her.

We celebrated women's day as well as Holi here. Ms. Pratiksha and Mr. Ramesh were quite warm with the welcome ceremony. We were provided herbal colors and music to celebrate Holi. Club Mahindra also organised a few events like dj and camp fire. The chef was quite friendly to organise a cookery session. The experience was exceptional. Club Mahindra never fails to amuse their customers.

Loved the resort. Such a beautiful structure. All persons working in the resort have friendly behaviour. The scene of mountains is very epic. Loved the food of the restaurant. Each and every dish was superb.
If you want do adventure activities they will make you do it perfectly.
The rooms are beyond your imagination. Beds are really very comfortable.
