Indraprastha Spa Resort

We had a pleasant stay in this hotel. We were happy with their services, rooms,and food. The staff were very hospitable and friendly. Great value for money. Not forgettig the scenic view from the rooms and patio.

I was thoroughly impressed with my experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly and accommodating, (thanks to Sahil & Bhumika)making me feel welcome and valued as a guest. The room was clean, comfortable and well-appointed, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. Food spread at breakfast & dinner was excellent. The staff left no stone unturned and ensured that our stay here was fabulous.

Indraprastha spa & resort is one of the best properties I have stayed at ,where they have great value for money , always put their customers first and have high respect for the customers. Stayed at many best properties before but never felt this comfortable and like home before. Definitely recommend this resort of you want to have a luxurious stay and at the same time not worry about anything . The rooms are well designed with beautiful view , the food there was one of my favourite parts of the stay . Thank you to the team of Indraprastha spa & resort for making my stay comfortable.

I had a wonderful stay at the Indraprasth Hotel And Spa in Dharamshala. The service was excellent, and the rooms were comfortable and well-maintained.
In addition, it was not just me who had a fantastic experience, but 7 other friends from Malaysia also had a great time at Indraprasth Hotel And Spa in Dharamshala. The hotel's service, comfortable rooms, and Mr. Sandeep's wonderful Hindi songs made our trip truly memorable and enjoyable for the entire group. It's a place we would all enthusiastically recommend for a wonderful stay.
I'd like to compliment the staff at the buffet service as well. The team's warm hospitality and attentive service during our meals were exceptional. They even packed us sandwiches for our trip as we checked out early before the buffet breakfast .Their friendly and accommodating approach made our dining experience even more enjoyable. Kudos to the staff for their outstanding service!

I booked three rooms for 3 nights. It was wonderful staying here. Food was excellent.room size was big with huge balcony. Room service was excellent 10/10 to this Hotel.

It was a very great stay food and stay was really amazing must opt oil massage in the hotel and staff was was very polite and services was very good and sahil sharma was our point of contact helped alot for getting wornderfull stay must visit❤

This is must go destination in Dharamsala, stay at Indraprastha should be on top of the list. Hotel location is very beautiful and surrounding is just awesome plus the staff pamper you so much that you will start missing them right after your check out.

Never came across a more courteous and welcoming staff. The place is so hygienic and peaceful that it makes your stay worth the while. The owners are very involved and keep a constant check, making sure the guests have a seamless stay. This is one of the best properties in the area! Definitely going to stay here again and recommend to everyone else!👍🏻

The hotel staff and hospitality are great. The food in particular is the best I've encountered at a hotel in Mcleodganj. The service is very quick and the staff is very professional. The rooms are quite spacious with a big balcony overlooking the mountains which makes for an amazing weekend getaway with friends and family. I particularly had the pleasure of interacting with the owners who are so kind and gracious and gave us great recommendations around the place. A must stay place in Mcleodganj for your next visit.

N d moment i booked it i knew good times were awaiting us
From d moment of check in , it has bern a hassle free experience
And i have never seen a hotel with duch welcoming n courteous staff
They will try and make your stay as comfortable as possible for you and ur guests
Such quick response always from housekeeping and room service team!!
D pool has been beautiful offering lovely views of mountain ranges..
The owners are so involved in menu planning or speaking to guests . They make each guest feel so welcomed..
D staff has been so accommodating from the time starting whn we were served our welcome drink to final check out
Special shoutout for abhishek- our sever at d restaurant who took an extra step to provide us with whatevr asked upon
Live singing by sandeep singh also made our evening enjoyable
Kids were happy to have a game room where they spent hours playing carrom n pool
The whole place was so easily accessible..
N a special mention for the amazing breakfast snd dinner served at the restaurant which had something for everyone’s palate
Kids especially enjoyed the chocolate donuts
N d restaurant manager was always forwarding for help n inputs..
It was a very pleasant family stay
Giving it a 10/10

Positives :
The hotel staff definitely deserve a special praise. Extremely professional , welcoming and kind to us. The foremost part was the complementary upgradation from suite room to presidential suite which made our trip unforgettable.

Rooms were neat and clean.
Food was excellent.
Service was right on time.

Negatives :
The hotel has limited parking area

Conclusion :
Overall the positives outweigh the small negatives.
