Mumbai university is one of the top university in the Maharashtra it offers a lot of courses in the university like Undergraduate courses, graduation courses, post graduation courses ,etc it is very reputed university in India it provide really good education and it has courses in lots of different fields and the syllabus of each course is really good

It is one of the greatest and oldest university of India. I really like the vibes of the university. It is surrounded with lots of trees and it gives you feeling of relaxation. I really love this place. Great place.

According to the recent reports, offline classes and examinations will be held for UG courses, while PG university exams will be conducted at the University of Mumbai. Meanwhile, police force strictly regulates movement of people in crowds in view of Omicron scare...

Examination processes were made more efficient by the introduction of online delivery of question papers for examinations, and assessment of answer books by scanning at remote examination centres. The academic depository of the university was started in collaboration with CDSL in 2015. The university is the first university in the country to start an academic depository.
One of Mumbai's landmarks, the Rajabai Clock Tower was completed in the 1870s and houses the University of Mumbai's library. Sir George Gilbert Scott modelled the Rajabai Clock Tower on the clock tower of the Palace of Westminster in London. Local businessman Premchand Roychand contributed to the cost of construction and named the tower in memory of his mother, Rajabai. The tower is 85 m (280 ft) tall and has five storeys. At a height of 9.1 m (30 ft) from the ground, there are eight statues representing the Indian castes. The tower clock is reported to have played 16 tunes including "Rule Britannia", "God Save the Queen", "Home! Sweet Home!" and "A Handel Symphony". On the initiative of the then Vice-Chancellor, Dr. Rajan Welukar, the first phase of restoration of Rajabai Clock Tower started in 2013 and was completed in May 2015. Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) gave a Rs 4 crore grant for this phase of the restoration project.

I went first time inside the Mumbai university.
Mumbai university is so big, and there is lots of building,if you don't know proper places, where to go, you will lost inside.
You can travel with bus too. From Santa Cruz station to 318 number bus runs inside the university and some other buses too. You can search your workplace in google map too,

It's a good university, campus environment is too good, university has green campus.

Big campus with greenery all around. Only problem is accessibility by bus is not so frequent great property gives a very peaceful vibe overall

Love it or hate it ..but your always gonna need it...huge campus...many important buildings..large hugemungas trees...great big gardens...a huge number of flora and Fauna..staff s usually helpfull but any work you want to get done...you have to run literally pillar to. Post...they keep reffering you from building to building..floor to floor...room to room and person to person...I'm happy I completed my graduation.

The huge university campus is covered by lush greenery with various bus stops inside the university, girls and boys hostels, teacher quarters, canteens, sports ground.

Amazing place, scenic & green. I'd come from Gujarat (as a new admission seeker) & barely knew the language/ procedure but everyone was cooperative, helpful, friendly & lively. All in all it was good but a very time-consuming & lengthy process.
