Good chemist shop, early morning was searching for a particular prescribed medicine but as soon they opened I got it. Good response.

Worst possible service. Was testing a steamer and trying to steam. The person rudely interrupted said you can't steam.steam aara h kaafi h. I asked if I can check steam. He was extremely rude. Totally avoid. Can't be trusted. If a customer can't test the product, they can't be trusted

Poor customer service. Not willing to cooperate. Defective test received and they are not willing to exchange or take back return. Their policy is "You bought it from us so now fend for yourself".
