Urbanpod Hotel

It was an outstanding experience to stay at UrbanPod, Mumbai. The ambience, cleanliness and rooms are so good. I got a ladies pod where it was ensured that there is no male interference, giving a private and safe place. The bathrooms for this Pod were common yet they were so clean. The electric locks of the pods ensured proper security, there were even lockers to keep your belongings safe in the room and pod as well. The staff was also very helpful and co-operating.
Caution : No food and shoes were allowed inside the pod please ensure to keep that in mind.

Wonderful and amazed to see the arrangement. Fantastic for a short stay. Economical and very comfortable.
Clean and hygienic. But you should know in advance the stay arrangements and other facilities available prior to reaching there.
Overall , I liked the concept and suit excellent to me.

Nice stay.. good maintenance. But when u ask "may i help you desk" at the railway station .. A bearded person will say look outside for better rooms. Guess due to commission from elsewhere.. on a personal note.. its super..Stayed for a night..Kept my headset by mistake in the pod. Room service took it to reception. And i received a call from urban pod to come and get my Bluetooth device

Urban pod : A future generation stay or next level stay. 12 hours stay charges Rs 1131 . Cabins are well intelligent and fitted with technology. Best option to lay down when your next train is to come after 6-8 hours

Japanese style pods in mumbai.
The quality is very nice.
Service can be a little more professional.
Electric connections are slightly shaky.

Finding place to stay in Mumbai for tourist is the one of the tedious task, Urbanpod is the place to go for a cool stay. Urbanpod Hotel is also a lifesaver if you have an early morning Train to board from Mumbai Central Railway Station. The Pods are well maintained and sufficiently equipped with all the essentials that one might need for an overnight stay. The Air-conditioning is very effective. Pods are clean and comfortable, bathrooms are spacious and clean, location right inside mumbai central station, very safe, staff and manager are very courteous and helpful. Also TV facility too available.

However the Pods aren't sufficiently Sound Proof. Had a fellow passenger checked in at 03:00 A.M into an adjacent Pod. Could hear him un-pack, arranging things, talking on phone etc..that was actually irritating. Typically suited for business trips when you are on your own. Not really for family but overall best option for business travellers.

It was a wonderful experience. Mr. Manoj, the receptionist, is such a humble person. All the staff are very humble and polite. The housekeeping service was excellent. It's one of the best hotels. Thank you so much, IRTC...

Had stayed last night, this was my 6th stay at UrbanPod in Mumbai Central. One of the cleanest and best guest experience hotel that you can find. Special shout out to Snehal for making a smooth checkin experience. She even went extra mile to acknowledge a booking issue that I had faced previously. Words cannot express my gratitude to the front office and housekeeping staff for an immaculate service all the time.

It was a great staying experience in the Urbanpods at the railway station. The concept of the Urbanpods is great and unique. There are classic pods and private pods also. I stayed in classic pods. The experience is great. The washrooms are near and clean. They also have a common area for chill out. The pricing is also decent. The management and staff are also great. If you are traveling alone or two members Urbanpods are best suited for you. It is located on the first floor of MCT Station. Overall a great experience.

Located at mumbai Central, urbanpod pods are neat, slick and very good for a 6 hour stay when you have a train to mumbai.

We took the room for 6 hours and slept in peace here :)

Their waiting area is also amazing where you can chill.

Best place to stay if you are traveling to Mumbai for a short duration. Clean rooms and washrooms. Safe and secure for ladies.

I tried this pod, on my friend's recommendation. It turned to be a great experience. Bathroom where very nice and sleeping pod was very confortable and accessible. I will definitely use this pods when ever required.

Stayed here for a day. The pods are very well maintained. Washrooms are clean. Shoes have to be removed near the reception in the shoe lockers only !.

There's no facility of food here ,also food isn't allowed inside the premises. And you have to buy water bottles also as there is no water dispenser available here.

Wifi facility is available. Lockers are available. Changing rooms are available.

Staff behaviour is good.

Even though it is in the railway station, there is negligible noise the room/pods.

Very good concept and extremely comfortable stay in the Pods at Mumbai Central station... washrooms are extremely tidy and so are the linens...we thank all the staffs of unbanpods... very well maintained and courteous behaviour by every staffs at the pods.

Situated at mumbai central railway station first floor,this hotel is one of it's kind first capsule hotel of India.Although the rates could have been lower but the overall experience was good.This is very calm & quite place considering it's location because it is situated right above the railway station, but surprisingly once you are in the hotel you won't hear any train noise or even vibration.

The rooms are functional and have enough space. The coomon area is also air conditioned with space to hangout and work. Luggage storage is also rfid locked and the bathroom/shower area is well maintained and clean

Service is very good stayed in couple pods many other option available..ladies get special discounts...staff is friendly and pods are clean and hygienic..they have free wifi but speed is quite slow

Really amazed with the service they offered. Manoj is kind enough to understand the customers side very well and there was no issues during my stay.
