Hospital Chemist

Good.. they serve loose tablets.

Been visiting this Chemist for more than a decade, but never experienced this kind of pathetic service.
The Medical representative doubted the prescription being a very old customer and the prescription being written by one of the reputed doctors in Mumbai. I have seen this representative for the very first time at the store. The representative name is Shrikant, who seems new to the store. He clearly said to another representative "yeh writing dekh tuje genuine lagta hai kya?" I have bought medicines multiple times on the same prescription from this pharmacy for 6 months. He has NO work ethics, he tried all the possible ways to say no for medicine that I wanted for the patient. I am very disappointed by this treatment, plus Shrikant was manipulating other staff members to deny the desired medicine to me, ultimately I provided a new prescription from the doctor, still he was manipulating other staff. This person is truly unethical and with non helping nature.

Absolutely pathetic behaviour of the female manager called Jaya. When told that I was doing the payment by Google pay, they insisted that I do it in front of the delivery man.
Poor customer service and high handed attitude will make you.lose customers Mr. Jayesh Kothari.

Given different medicines which were not prescribed by the doctor due to which patients health also became critical. Would prefer to go to other chemist, than going here and giving away my life. Also the female staff is very rude. Had to beg them for my refund amount for their mistake.

Wrong medicine provided as per they conviniate.

One of the worst medical in Mumbai. Rude behaviour with senior citizens. Don't take any medicine from this Medical.

Gave me Sevcar 400 instead of Pause 500. There is no check on medicine given
