The hospitality and welcome received on entry itself at DN ROAD Branch was what caught my eye. Later the dedicated, quick and personalized service provided by the staff was awesome. Everything was well explained and perfect.

For this entire experience, all thanks to Mr. Powell Pinto. Another thing I observed with Powell while i was seated in the office was how he was multitasking and handling other customers simultaneously with ease and very politely.

Kudos to Thomas Cook for such awesome service and excellent staff.
