Kensal Green Cemetery

Unique graveyard of second half of 19 century. Resting place for British civilian officials, high military rank officers, and their family members. Dozens of thumbs have still recognizable scriptures. Some have masterpiece sculptural forms and elements, including celtic crosses.
Despite of being "heritage zone" and significant "archeological site" has no governmental protection at all.
Cemetry has no fence, lots of gravestones have been vandalised, no maintainance is provided. Used as a pasture by local cows. Littered by tourists.

This place deems to be called a heritage destination . It is lying in shambles. The graves here speak volumes about the history of the colonisers in this area. A close look into the graves indicate the type of planning which went into organising the pattern of burial. Not visited by tourists but appears to be visited often by ruffians and remote party makers.
