I am from Hyderabad and we use to be a service provider for this company - Aero Wheels . ( Basically provide services on behalf of Aero Wheels to their guest / clients

All I want to say is it's a fraud company and does not pay It’s vendors on time .AERO WHEELS is a very bad pay master . The owner Mr. Sanjaysingh Karki has never responded to our calls and emails . This is a clear indication of unprofessionalism and intension of not to pay back it's vendors .

Mr. Sanjaysingh Karki also ownes and manages other service appartments like Lake Pleasant Resort Naukuchiatal,Nainital , The Meluha - Dehradun , Maple
Hiranandani Gardens, Mumbai .

Anybody dealing with these companies & Mr. Sanjaysingh Karki be careful for your payment .

Worst service ever i have seen......in city like Mumbai.

I booked 2 Innova AC for 2 days in mumbai for me and my family. After clearly mentioned before booking that I need genuine drivers but the driver they provided was manner less. on commitment of 8HRS./80KMS. in a day, Cab driver was asking to leave us in between the trip in 6.00 HRS, Saying that I will go back to my company in remaining time.

my question is why customer will pay for 2 HRS. to take back their cab to company?

More over I forgot some toys of my 3 YRS. Kid in their CAB and after calling them many times they finally agreed that they have my lost toys in their company but i have to deposit some amount in their bank account first if i want those toys back.

What the hell is this?

I insisted them to courier me those toys by any courier ON TO PAY basis so that i can pay the courier charges at my door itself, But finally they could not take pain to give my kids toys back.

I would never recommend this service for anyone. Even some of my friend who knows this cab company is not at all happy with its services.

We V Care Tours are jaipur based car rental company. We use to provide car rental to Aero wheels. Since two years there is an out standing of 200000 INR Two lacs they haven't paid it to us. Every month they have new reasons and now they do not even reply. Hence they do not seem to be trust worthy. Please take care before using them.
