I ve been visiting Gums n Smiles since 2015. The team is super responsive and helpful. The clinic is clean and comfortable. All doctors are wonderful to interact with and guide you with the best solutions and alternatives.

What I love the most, is that they value your time, if you book an appointment, you'll hardly ever need to wait, max 5-10 mins.

Our journey with Gums n Smiles Dental and Dr. Amit Gulati began in late 2021. My wife was suffering from extensive gum disease, silent periodontitis and severe alveolar bone loss. When we looked at the OPG/CBCT reports, we realised the magnitude of the problem that we were dealing with. She had an RCT frontal incisor with a metal implant and ceramic crown. Scans showed infection and abscess formation internally. We also realised that she was on a really long path to healing.

We had several questions as there were other co-morbid conditions such as elevated high sensitivity CRP that required a sensitive and custom approach to treatment. We had done our homework and had special requests to manage her condition during the treatment. This is where Dr. Amit Gulati's attitude, grace, demeanour, patience and experience come in. I had met a few other dentists before making my decision to come to Gums n Smiles. However I wasn't really satisfied although they all have a well established dental practice.

Through out the treatment, Dr Amit listened to our problems and our requirements, tried his best to accommodate our technical needs, provided his guidance/perspective based on years of experience and painstakingly took us through every surgical procedure starting with LANAP/LAPT, wisdom tooth extraction (customised for us with epinephrine free numbing agent, laser assisted disinfection, and PRF application), RCT incisor extraction, alveolar bone augmentation (judicious combination of autologous, synthetic bone matrix and PRF), metal-free dental implant (Zirconium) restoration for frontal incisors and a molar, metal free crown (Zirconium), extensive clean-up of decaying tooth followed by composite filling, gum reshaping for stimulating growth and achieving optimal smile etc. Some surgeries would take over 2.5-3 hours to finish. During this time, Dr. Amit's unswerving dedication to his work was clearly visible. The entire treatment concluded in August 2023 lasting for over a period of 18 months.

Dr Amit is a mountain of patience and obsessed with perfection. He wouldn't rest until he has achieved 100% accuracy with any procedure. All the treatments were priced reasonably and there was complete transparency in all communications. The staff at the reception and the supporting assistants for surgeries were all outstanding. The light music playing in the background was a really soothing experience.

Dr Amit has a great conventional dentistry practice. I feel he could significantly enrich it by converting into a biological/holistic dentistry practice aligned with IABDM/IAOMT. We approached Dr Amit because he could deliver some of our specific requirements followed by bio dentists that other conventional dentists we approached had refused (the main reason I selected Gums n Smiles !!). The benefits of a full-fledged bio-dental practice for the patients are enormous. Oral health is one of the most underestimated and poorly understood topics amongst the general population. The awareness levels in western countries has significantly increased in the past 2-3 years. India has less than a handful of biological/holistic dentists and there are none in the Western region (AFAIK). So this is truly a great opportunity. I wish Gums n Smiles ALL THE VERY BEST in their future endeavours.

The price is pretty reasonable for the quality of the work done here using hi-tech equipments, latest technology and also the quality of materials used.
