The entire team is extremely dedicated to keeping "Patient First". The experience as a patient was extremely smooth right from admission to discharge.
The ward room was clean and had all amenities to keep the patient and relative comfortable.
The doctors, support staff, nurses, housekeeping and pantry operate on extreme punctuality and compassionate attitude.. The service mindset is evident. Daily checks if everything is okay.
There are all facilities of radiology and pathology available here. Billing and TPA process was smooth.

My sister underwent a major surgery recently at Sushrut Hospital. Honestly, I have nothing to complain about. The doctors have been great, the staff has been great, the overall experience has been better than I expected.

We had a relative admitted in the hospital and we went to see our relative. We like the systematic infrastructure and facilities of the hospital everything was well organized with proper directions and signs to guide. The staff was also kind and helpful

The Doctor treatment is best , and nursing staff is also well trained. Even housekeeping staff is also very helpful. The billing team is also very helpful . I will definitely recommend to other , for this hospital is very excellent 👍

Treatment we got in the hospital was really good but I would suggest anyone to be here If only money doesn't matter to you. Also the security people here are very rude and make you feel as you are in some BMC hospital.

Got my mother here for a full body check up. From the point of taking the appointment to the whole test ( which takes 4 hrs) Neeti from there team was always helpful and around to advice. They also offered a fully healthy breakfast as a part of the full body check up package and each team member was super helpful and kind.

Our experience started during COVID. When the hospital was extremely kind to offer us bulk vaccination for our company and they did that in a super efficient manner.

And over this time we have realised that the hospital has some very high quality Doctors and equipment. But more important than that is the way they treat people and the sanctity with which they deliver their role as health care professionals.

Been to Sushrut for my knee pain as there was a free physiotherapy camp going on, it was an pleasant experience the Dr on duty who attended me was very helpful and diagonsed me the right treatment with proper medication and easy to do daily exercises. I m thankful to Sushrut hospital for arranging such free health benefit camps which in turn helps us to understand and find the perfect treatment under one roof i.e. Sushrut hospital. Hope to see more health camps coming in this 2024.
