India Post - Churchgate Post Office

Work culture inside the office is quite healthy.
All the staff are cooperative and well mannered.

Got my speedpost sent within 2 mins. I would suggest the people who go there to be patient and help anyone who is probably standing in the wrong queue or needs helps filling a form. That keeps the line moving swiftly and engages a sense of solidarity.

India Post famously and commonly known as the post-office across India... We have one branch of this at Churchgate west extremely close to Churchgate railway station at A-Road Marine Drive. Small outlet but offers all the facilities. The staff out there are cordial approachable and happy to help. I have had a great experiences every time I visited. But one thing I keep experiencing is "the system is down" syndrome . So for one work which needs to be done when the system is on... I have to go a minimum of twice to do the same work. Current staff who is at the Aadhar update desk, and also at the NSC certificate desk both are very very helpful. Their senior gives them total cooperation, I could see that very clearly. Since I go to this branch for all my post related work.. I see many agents happily being there waiting for their work to be done. I have never seen anyone being hyper or irritated ever in this place. This says a lot about the branch. There are few plastic chairs, one desk and one gum bo( to use to seal the envelope) all these things are there to use. If they add some infrastructure for clients/customers to sit, this will add the value to the branch. Overall good functional post office closest to the Churchgate Railway Station West.

Clean and Well Maintained

Worst experience. My mother went there for Aadhar card. She is Sr. Citizen but there is no one to help her or support even asking every time come later ...there is some lady on desk. She is very rude . She has no manners to talk with any . There is humanity

Official timing is 10 AM but they start functioning at 10.30 AM. Even at 10.30 AM most of counters were closed as staff wasn't present. Typical government office.
