I got my father in Law admitted for Stent removal and Laser lithotripsy. We got admitted in general ward. I really appreciate the practices staff does. Very very hygienic, experienced and very well trained staff be it security, billing, nursing or for that matter even ward boys. I highly recommend and thank our doctor Dr. Gaurav Kasat ,Urologist who is a very professional and treated the patient very well.

My mother had undergone knee replacement. She was in severe pain and the chronic pain was making life very difficult. She has started to become sad and had lost hope on being able to walk painlessly.
3 months after surgery, she started physiotherapy with Dr Manju Gildhial. In just 6 weeks, her pain has become ZERO. We just cannot express how immensely grateful and thankful we are. The smile on her face and the confidence in her walk is back. Her life is back. We are amazed to see how involved Dr Manju was with mom.
Many people do not give much credit to physiotherapy for success of knee replacement surgeries. Today we know without a good devoted physiotherapist like Dr Manju, results won't come with the best of the surgeons.
Surgery gave mummy a pair of new knees, Dr manju gave mom her hope and her confidence back.

I would highly recommend Dr. Maina Hegde Dermatologist for the skin and hair related treatment she provided to my kid aged 5 years old. Me and my husband are extremely happy with results. Patiently listened to my concerns, very courteous and nice. Was very good at explaining what was going on. She is super friendly and takes her time to explain each and every query and available always. I always owe her treatment.

I got my mother admit to MGM Hospital Vashi under supervision of Dr. J. P. Jain who successfully operated total knee replacement of my mother's right leg. I'm very much thankful to him for being respectful and courteous to patient and their attendant. Dr. Jain sir is very professional and having a good communication skills with patients.

My mother was admitted to MGM Hospital, Vashi in the beginning of October 2023 and the length of the hospitalisation went on to be a little less than a month which is a lot of time. She underwent a major operation and she is recovering now at home. There were episodes around the Surgery contributing to the length of the hospitalisation. Right from the word Go, MGM treated us with a lot of care and compassion. The Care and Compassion is extended to Patients and Patient’s family is not just by the Management, Doctors and Nursing Staff but also by all Non-Medical Staff and each and everyone who is associated with MGM in some way [even people who are not on MGM Payroll]. Security Personnel also have an extremely important role to play while coordinating with patients relatives and Hospital especially while a patient is in the Critical Care Unit [CCU – 4th Floor], they do this job very well.

While my mother was in the CCU, I was regularly briefed about the condition during the counselling sessions. The Doctors and Nursing Staff in the Critical Care Unit as well as in the Ward [9th Floor] are excellent. The Doctors and Nursing Staff in the CCU and ward kept motivating my mother to get better and come out of the medical condition. The Physiotherapists helped my mother to gain in-bed mobility with exercises and also the confidence to walk with required support and care.. I sincerely express my thanks and gratitude towards all Doctors and Nursing Staff [both CCU and Ward [9th Floor]].

One thing I want to specially mention is the cleanliness of the hospital which is excellent and which makes you feel so much at home and adds to the overall positivity. Off Course there are other factors also which contribute to the Positivity one feels at MGM Hospital, Vashi.

Even the Canteen Staff [Especially Patients Canteen] are so well behaved and comforting, thanks and gratitude for them. They were just doing their job but their cheerful behaviour and interactions helped me a lot to survive in the hospital with positivity.

I express my thanks and gratitude to MGM’s Ambulance Department [Chief-Mr. Ajmal] who have helped me in my mothers transportation whenever we have needed their support.

Dr. Prashant Athale [General Surgeon] operated on my mother is an extremely soft-spoken person who interacted with me and my mother in an extremely comforting manner.

The other Doctors who were involved in my mother's treatment were Dr. Vijaykumar Verma (Cardiologist), Dr. Sundeep Mestri (Chest Medicine), Dr. Sanjay Kulkarni (Anaesthesist) , Dr. Archana Thakur (Critical Care Unit), Dr. Divyashree S (Infectious Disease), Dr. Satish Kulkarni (Gastroenterologist).

These doctors apart from being excellent in terms of their treatment are also excellent in terms of their explanations and briefings bringing much required comfort to Patients and their relatives.

Dr. Archana Thakur (Chief of Critical Care Unit) and her team of Doctors from the Critical Care Unit did a lot for my mother in coordination with the other above mentioned doctors. Dr. Archana on some occasions personally briefed me during the counselling sessions [even when she was not part of the counselling team]. Dr. Shailesh, Dr. Ruta Mangaonkar, Dr. Misra and Dr. Vikram are some more doctors from the CCU whose name I remember as they have interacted with me.

I express my thanks and gratitude to all the above mentioned Doctors for being with us during our hour of crisis and treating my mother with care and compassion.

I also express my sincere thanks and tonnes of gratitude to Dr. Kalyani Sen [Medical Superintendent] for being with us in this journey.

My mother has had a long association with MGM Hospital, Vashi and every time she has gone back home well.

Very smooth vaccination procedure for citizens via token system and online registration. Helpful staff with wheelchair availability.

Easily one of the best hospitals in Navi Mumbai/ Mumbai for patient treatment and care. Though more Neurologists will be good, their in-house MRI, CTscan, Sonography, Physiotherapy, are some of the best services offered along with regular visits by highly qualified and experienced doctors in newly-built, slick and modern IPD/OPD. The hospital is managed by a professional team of efficient nurses, wards team and courteous staff for patient care. The general ward, single and twin sharing rooms are clean and very well maintained along with good catering services. The hospital also houses in its complex one of the more Advanced Automated Parking systems installed by Skyzone, truly one of a kind in the city.

I was admitted for surgical procedure, in covid times not much relatives are allowed with patient but medical staff takes extra care to make you feel cared. Doctors and medical staff did commendable job to make me feel comfortable and safe.. I strongly recommend mgm because of their support, love and care.. thanks mgm whole team for giving me best support and treatment 🙏

OMG we are so blessed to meet Vascular Surgeon Piyush Kumar Jain. He is such an amazing person, kind, caring, down to earth . Doesn't prescribe unnecessary tests, medicines. He is an excellent surgeon, performed a successful carotid surgery for my husband with near total blockage. My husband is 77 years having Diabetes , BP, Bypass done. His commendable action after surgery was that he himself came to remove blood drainage tube and IV tube, then made my husband walk, answered all his questions. Amazing.

My liver transplant surgery was carried out in MGM Hospital, Vashi.
Right from beginning the team of doctors was available (One of the best surgeons team in Mumbai from Sir HN Reliance Hospital)
After getting admitted, doctors explained in details to me & my family about the operation and what are the precautions needs to be taken after operation. They answered all the questions satisfactorily which cleared our each & every doubts.
This was very helpful to us & assured my family that I am in right & safe hands.
Post operation I was shifted to ICU. It was a critical phase of recovery, post operation.
I would like to specially mention here that the well trained team of Doctors/Nurses/Ward boys & Physiotherapist was available in ICU ward, who took care of me like a child.
They created more positive environment around me which helped me a speedy recovery.
I was out of ICU ward in five days and within 10 days I was happily discharged from the hospital with all positive notes.

My mother has undergone both knee TKR one by one in Jul and Oct under supervision of Dr JP Jain Sir. Dr Jain Sir is very polite and professional ortho surgeon and TKR specialist. He goes into every aspect of the situation of the patient before being taken for surgery. His post surgery monitoring of patient is very good. My mother is recovering very well for left knee and fully recovered from right knee and doing very well. He and his team of medical staff is very professional. I thank Dr Jain Sir along with his team of medical staff , support staff of MGM hospital Vashi for one of the best treatment and care provided during stay at hospital.

Got admitted for DSA and sclerotherapy...thanks to Dr.sagar satpute sir vascular sugeon for making the process smooth and spl thanks to anesthesist and OT staff for being friendly and also nursing staff for taking proper care and moushi's and other staff who are behind cleanliness of mgm and also dietician Aishwarya for preparing diet chart and canteen staff for providing tasty food spl thanks to TPA staff and offcourse billing dept & pharmacy last but not least security staff......MGM a home away from home.

Was admitted here for Dengue. The process was smooth, nurses explain stuff to us and the doctors, especially Dr. RajMohan were very gentle and ask a series of questions to understand the patient background. Special mention to Sisters Niharika, Sheetal and Bibiya for providing help in the shortest span and taking full care.

Mr Rajesh Ban head of the medical records department at MGM was very responsive, a good communicator and highly customer centric. He went out of his way to help with my son’s records and reached it to us in a timely manner.
