You can book tickets, pay light (Electricity) bill and has other post related services. Aadhar card facilities are also available. Check the time before going. Sometimes there is long queue for railway ticket booking. In case of Aadhar updation you must come here take appointment and then come again for Aadhar updation. Post office bank opens after 10:00 a.m. and closes approximately around 2:30 p.m.

few months ago, I visited this branch to close my IPPB account as but instead of closing they opened it again.
First I visited the office counter they told me if you want to close the account you should reopen here, once reopen it will be closed by submitting the closure form, then I visited the 2nd floor a madam who is InCharge she told it so...after all formalities done she told now the account is converted to regular account(it means if you submit KYC your digital account will become regular saving account) it's done.
what the heck I asked her I came here to close the account and she replied that you didn't submit the closure form instead you have submitted a convert into regular account form, and she replied, you should tell me this before.
It means that they don't want me to close my account very disappointed waste of time

Very bad experience, inspite of working hours of 10 to 6 all counters was closed at 5.
When asked them for service at 5:30 they clearly said cash close hogaya.
Waste of time.

Person who is updating Aadhar card he is tell a child to wait till 6pm and not ready to talk on a call also, my child need to update his Aadhar and submit in school on moday as that staff is not ready to give exception also, worst person i have seen and even not telling his name, as he is doing wrong thing is that is why he is not telling his name??

My medicine parcel arrived at post office located at vp road by 19th march 2020 and they mention in tracking that door closed which is false statement. And still i dont get my medicine parcel yet worst essential service ever seen just their for the under table salary.

Very poor service.They don't know which form should be give for discharge of NSC.From last 3 days they are harreshing.
