Colaba Bazar Post Office

Amazingly helpful staff. Also waited less than 5 minutes to get to the counter. No matter what the other reviews say, these people were super kind to me and helped with international package all the way.

Colaba Bazar Post 🏣 Office situated at Pipewala Building, 4th Pasta Lane, Colaba Market.
Like any other Government Office this place is not at all maintained. Illumination is also poor.
Staff is slow in their work. People maintain social distancing and queue on the road.
In this hot summer it is teryfying to stand for long period in hot scorch Sun 🌞.
Hand sanitizer is placed at the entrance.

Sub-par service. This post office and the staff are extremely incompetent. I have been waiting for more than 25 minutes with 4 people in front of me in the line for speedpost. The staff are mostly arguing with each other if not dealing with some malfunction in their system and are not at all motivated to or interested in helping the waiting customers. Make sure you visit the post office with time to spare as it takes a while for the process.
