A perfect Indian architecture with a three-spired structure, Shri Swaminarayan Mandir in Mumbai is counted among the popular temples of the city. It is made of pink stones with intricate carving. The temple and the BAPS Swaminarayan Sanstha works on the principles of Bhagwan Swaminarayan.
BAPS Shri Swaminarayan Mandir strives to nurture spiritual and intellectual values and work towards overall development of individuals through academic and wellness programmes. There is a six-floor building next to the temple where all spiritual activities take place. It's just oppo dadar station still the peace inside mandir is wonderful. What a amazing place❤
In the temple, one would find colorfully adorned murtis of Bhagwan Swaminarayan, Aksharbrahman Gunatitanand Swami and Shri Gopalanand Swami to whom the temple is mainly dedicated. Besides these, murtis of Shri Harikrishna Maharaj, Shri Radha-Krishna Dev and Shri Ghanshyam Maharaj are also present.

This temple belongs to BAPS spiritual organisation in Dadar locality. Religious place with guesthouse facilities. Mandir is In-front of Dadar terminal.

Spotlight:- for guesthouse facilities do reservation from any baps mandir before reaching here. Room fair is 3000/- for double occupancy & 5000/- for 4 bed occupancy including 3 meals a day.

Very nice and peaceful place. Mandir management also provide stay facility near temple. Very neat and clean promises and all necessary services and facilities available with affordable rate.

Most peaceful, divine place for Hindu dharma, mandir is very beautifully maintained, decorated, very clean, daily Aarti, Pooja, Darshan, Shangaar, Abhishek can be done in utmost divine environment, all people here are utmost kind, humble, helpful, must visit, 100% recommended, all hindus should definitely visit this if coming to Mumbai. We must do maximum possible charity to such well flourished Hindu temples to promote such divinity, authenticity, Hinduism, selfless services of Holy Saints, whole Sanstha, n all here working for upliftment of society.

Went there to book room n dormitory for stay purpose. Facility is clean and well maintained. Location is fantastic. Lift n stairs both facilities are available.
Parking is only on road side.
Public transportation facilities are available being good location.

BAPS(Bochasanwasi Akshar Purshottam Swaminarayan Sanstha) is a religious non profit organization founded by Shri Shastriji Maharaj. It is the world's one and only NGO with a lots of volunteers and disciples. There are many Hari Mandir(Temples) and Aksharadham(God's divine place) created by the organisation which inspires and motivates the people all over the world. It tells us the various stories of Bhagwan Swaminarayan in the form of Mandir and sculptures.

Succeeded after Param Pujya Pramukh Swami Maharaj, H.H. Pujya Mahant Swami Maharaj is the head of the organisation. Dadar Swaminarayan Mandir is located opposite Dadar Station in the East. It is easily visible. There is Harimandir and besides it there is staying place for the worshippers offered by the Mandir only.

Mandir is very beautifully made. There is Nilkanthvarni in the Mandir where you can do Jalarpan( Murti poojan). The Mandir is the outcome of hardwork and devotion of the people and with the blessings of Pujya Pramukh Swami Maharaj and Pujya Mahant Swami Maharaj. Also in the Mandir, there is famous Stambh(Pillar) which we need to rotate number of times as per our wish. The Mandir is extremely calm and quiet. All your tensions and queries would be easily removed in the pleasant premises of the Mandir.

Best of best Mandir I have visited, such a cool piece of architecture, ultimate coolness inside temple, managed by highest degree of Sants, mahatmas, right from partitioned place of worship for males and females, to gruh Sabha, from shoe rack to restroom.
