Mumbai Foreign Post Office

Just had my package from the UK come into this office for customs and it was cleared in just 2 days! No idea why there’s so many negative reviews but I’m glad they cleared my package so quickly that too during busy season because it’s a birthday gift. Great work guys, keep it up)))))

Had overall a good experience. My package was hold for 15 days but after giving the required details it was cleared next day. The packages are mainly delayed because of increased workload but don't worry you will get your parcel. Was initially scared after so many negative reviews but both my parcels landed safely. So just be patient..

after reading the comments in the reviews was quite worried about my order getting stuck here, but when got in contact with the office was happy with the assistance provided .. Nisha maam from the office got all the doubts cleared .. also my order from US was cleared by the customs withing 2-3 days of arrival and was immediately sent to the next office for delivery .. hope this is the kind of support all indian citizens expect from the govt offices .. special thanks again to Nisha maam here ..!!

Very impressive service. I was initially worried after reading so many negative reviews on the website as I was also tracking my due courier that was sent from Melbourne, Australia to Bhavnagar, Gujarat. Staff answered my call and was given number to contact Ahmedabad Custom Office for further tracking as they had already dispatched the courier from Mumbai Custom Office. I forgot to ask the name of the officer but thank you once again sir for your help.

Almost every two weeks i order parcel from China, Singapore and Hong Kong for my business. Sometimes or rather i would say rarely it gets delayed at Mumbai Foreign post office for a maximum of 3-4 days, but India post never fails to deliver.

Proud of Mumbai FPO and India post for never missing or delay.

Don't know why so many bad review, guys just have patience.

before i come to visit , i read may reviews about this post office. but i must say.. its totally opposite happen . so much coperative nature all person very good helping hand person. i am very glad and happy with service .

May be every staff member are busy in work..

This is where the sorting & Customs Duty Assessment of all items purchased online & shipped through Post ( National Postal Services ) is done in Mumbai.

From here these items are further dispatched to various Local Post Offices of Mumbai for further dispatch to final point of Delivery !

Excellent Consumer Service ,I think customers should now change way of thinking towards Indian Postal Department. Never been ignored by them ,Superb .

Nice infrastructure but the service is not Good

After ringing up.They at once bagged it to destination.As all over India, till you ask for it , you do not get it. Push and pull always. It's because people are not satisfied with their purchases.
