Consider not joining the company if you have a more favorable job offer. Choose Square Yards only if you have been unemployed for an extended period. The company lacks respect for employees' time and efforts, reflecting a typical corporate environment. My last salary has been pending for the past 150 days, and I am still in the process of resolving the issue with payroll and legal authorities in Gurgaon. Additionally, there is a 90 day waiting period before receiving your salary.
