I am under tejas sir’s training. He is a very disciplined and polite trainer. He adjusts to your needs and makes you loose weight in the best way possible. I have lost 2kgs in 2 weeks itself. He makes you do all types of training. Because of him I wish to hit the gym more often.

MFC gym gives a complete professional training experience with top notch equipments.
My PT Sanil sir is experienced in all sets of workout and is giving me a good result oriented training.
