Day before yesterday after a long time i visited here, many new faces were seen, they have improved a lot. And that guy named Mr Pushpendra speaks very politely and he is very humble with his customers, also I found he has good knowledge of medicines. I am very happy with their service.

Very Helpful , I had severe allergic Rhinitis & needed medicine at mid night 12 night So i called them.up & requested for home delivery , i stay close to the pharmacy & they sent a person with required medicine.

Thier service is very nice and kind, they also give 10 % discount on medicines

Disgusting home delivery service. One has to call umpteen times, only to be given a false hope of it arriving soon each time.
Attitude of the call operator is arrogant.
If you are in an emergency, you would rather go to another medical store and get your medicines yourself.
In for one's kind information I stay at a 2 min distance from the store.
The order arrived after 2 hours after 6repeated calls for reminder and inquiry.

Poor customer service 😞
Placed an order didn't receive it even after reminding them thrice , everytime they gave excuses . PS the delivery location was just two buildings away from the store.disappointing

Never call from these guys they are absolutely not interested in working who ever the owner is should fire all the guys working there absolutely useless.
