Recently, we have visited Thailand through Cozmo Travel for 6 nights.
Our Overall experience was amazing and we enjoyed during the whole trip.

Our hotel/resort stay experience and services relating to private transfers was worth it. Everything went on smooth according to Itinerary provided to us and we were informed about the next plan in advance through WhatsApp.

Our suggestion is to include and let customer explore places like Safari World, Cruise Dinner, etc in the Bangkok Itinerary.

The trip was incredible from day one. Everything went planned as per the itinerary and was well organized from flight booking to sight seeing. All the information were provided to us via WhatsApp.

We just returned from a wonderful trip to Goa. Three of us (ladies) focussed on enjoying ourselves as Cozmo travels organised the entire trip for us. Not so much with Hotel Grandeur de Sanchi..the pool was dirty, TV and intercom wasn't working.. bad 3rd bed.. overall maintenance was very poor.. saw cockroaches crawling around near the TV! The reception staff tried their best to make our stay pleasant but they themselves looked quite helpless! We rate the hotel a 2 star!

Special mention about our driver..Shashan Parab. He was patient, respectful and resourceful. We rate him and the travels a 5 star!

I booked a tour for Pattaya, Bangkok ( Thailand); Kuala Lumpur, Genting (Malaysia) and Singapore from Cozmo Travel. Had a great experience during my tour.
Everything from the planning stage till my return to base was smooth.
Belwin and Samruddhi have been excellent from start till end in coordinating and quick with responses at all times before and during the tour.

We travelled to Europe for few days and the arrangements done by Belwin was great. Taking care of all details, including travel in few countries, made our trip memorable and without major hiccups which lead to enjoyable vacation. The daily coordination and follow-up by Samrudhi , Shubam and others was great and made sure daily travel plans are seamless.

I was stranded in india due to flight situation from 4 plus months. Through one of my friend I came to know about investor approval being facilitated by Cozmo. I called their executive sneha , she was very helpful in entire process. It took 2 days to get approval and booked a ticket for 2 days after approval. In 4 days I was back to UAE. however UAE later allowed all residents but Cozmo services were very helpful when it was needed desperately.
