I always had a good experience with Dr Prachi...she always handled every pet with love and care.❣

Been taking my dog to her for around 5 years now for his usual check ups and vaccinations, always a super positive experience! Dr. Prachi is kind, considerate, knows her stuff, and also has a great staff. Bilbo adores her and looks forward to his vet visits.

Waiting times might be a bit long so would recommend calling before visiting if it's an emergency.

I have been visiting Dr. Prachi since my baby was a puppy, he is almost 11 now.
Dr. Prachi is one of the sweetest person we have ever come across. She has always understood my fear of anything happening to my boy and has never asked me to muzzle him.
She is an amazing vet and I am so glad we found her 11 years ago.
You can visit her without a second thought, just make sure to call and take an appointment in advance.

We know Dr. Prachi since a really long time. All throughout, she has been passionate to her profession. She is quiet a patient listener as well as advisor . All my dogs have been her patients too, rather her admirers ! They simply adored / adore her!

Dr. Prachi is super kind, helpful and friendly. She always breaks it down for you as a pet parent so that we can understand what's happening with our dogs. The booking process is easy and efficient. She has a natural way with dogs which is evident in their happy body language. A well trusted vet in Powai!

She is a Vet who genuinely cares about her patients and charges reasonably. She could accurately point out my cat had gingivitis and the medication she prescribed healed my pet. She operates on pets as well.

She is a really good doctor. I have a pet cat and since the beginning Dr. Prachi has been taking really good care of him. She has helped my cat reduce weight, through dog bites and of all his vaccinations since the past 3 years. She is patient with him and makes sure he is comfortable before starting with any diagnosis or medication. I can not thank her enough!

Dr. Prachi is the best vet I’ve visited since adopting my dog. She is kind & gentle & shows genuine love for my dog and cat. She allows me to text, call, email if I have any questions or issues with stray animals. She has taught me a lot of small things to help the strays. My dog loves her and whenever we are in the area, she runs straight into the clinic! :D Prices are extremely reasonable and she doesn’t try to add a ton of unnecessary things to give my pets. Love her! Take your pets to her!

She's one doctor I have met who in my experience is genuinely interested in the animal and not in how kuch money I can make.. She will only medicines required and not sell u anything. Excellent way of handling pets and great diagnosis.

We took our cat Simba to her today and were extremely happy with her handling of him. She has a very relaxed and soothing manner which calmed him down very well. She gave detailed instructions and was very patient. Her love for animals is obvious!

Dr. Prachi is one of the best vets I've come across. She's an amazing diagnostician, super caring, sweet and explains the problem to you till you get it. She's not money minded, the animal's health being her main priority. She's helped me with so many cases. Very grateful to her and I definitely recommend her to everyone

Dr Prachi has been vet for my pet since the day we adopted her. My Pet is very comfortable visiting Dr. Prachi. Dr Prachi handles the animals with utmost care and her treatment are most effective.

One of the best vets. She rarely opts for painful injections. Almost all the medications prescribed are oral and with immediate results. My only complain is her availability. She is available only during the clinic times and it could be an issue if there is an emergency.

Very happy with Dr. Prachi's diagnostic abilities, her helpfulness and professional (yet caring) attitude. I have consulted her for my own senior Indie dog who suffers from a chronic condition. She is very patient and understanding, and so are her clinic staff (Bhavesh and Nilesh). She is also my go-to doctor for several of our IIT Bombay campus strays. In fact many of them owe their recovery and often a chance of second life to Dr. Prachi. Even when it is too late for a dog to recover from injury or infection, she tries her best. Once she even lent us a blanket from her clinic to keep one of our old strays warm at night. Hard to come by such kind gestures these days. Also, while you're at her place, do ask for her regular visitor Gypsy ;), who is on a vacation due to the pandemic but we are waiting for him to be back soon!

Me and my group of friends recently found a very injured stray dog on the road next to S. M. Shetty College. The wound had been badly infected and there were no signs of medical care shown. After numerous attempts to NGO’s and vet clinics. We finally came across her suggestion on Google maps. We contacted her urgently and explained her about this problem. She asked us to get him to the clinic as early as possible. Surprisingly it was the only clinic open in the area. The shutter was half open and on further asking, I realised she had opened the clinic just for us. She treated our dog quite well and took only a minimal amount considering we were college students and looking after a wounded stray dog. It’s so great such people who’re committed towards their cause, She is an amazing veterinarian. I wish her all the very best and I hope she continues to go along this path gracefully.

After 2020 when my baby boye passed away- despite great care and sensitivity from Dr Prachi- I recently adopted another boye. And the good Doc is as great as ever.
No scare tactics, caring and of course unparalleled sensitivity and sensible.
I am reassured that my boye will receive the same great care from her for the years to come.

Extremely gentle and caring. Couldn't ask for anyone kinder taking care of my dog. She remembers his issues and asks if all ok even when we meet after a long time. She's been ouo dog's vet for the last two years. And now we are going to her for the stray cats we feed too. She is concerned about all of them.
