Nivalink

I have been travelling with Nivalink since more than a decade. They have done amazing holidays for me all over India and abroad. Their coordination, responses, feedback and above all response to any problems is always prompt, professional and effective. Their recommendations are customized for preferences, budget, type of vacation, etc. I just returned from a trip to Bhutan (organized by Nivalink) and had just about the most outstanding experience ever. They have scaled new heights with excellent choice of properties (at all three destinations - Thimpu, Paro and Punakha), cuisine, itinerary, travel and overall comfort and ease. They also had a local coordinating team who would check in with us twice a day. Even the most miniscule of problems were promptly attended to (web check-ins, hotel check-ins, boarding passes, entry permits were delivered to us exactly on time). They ensure that each and every detail even down to choice of food, cuisine, vehicle, driver and guide is a 100% as per our requirements. Surely the most highly recommended holiday planner for me! We are family of 2 adults and 3 teenagers and we did a 16days tour around Himachal Pradesh. I requested for adjoining or side by side rooms for my trip. Though I was disappointed with my first night in India as we were on different floors at the hotel but upon contacting Nivalink, I had no such issues through out my stay with the rest of the hotels. The only hotel that was bad was In Shimla. We were given Harmony Blue Mashobra. We were totally disappointed. Firstly, the rooms were filthy, cracked walls, the wood on the bed frames were chipped with sharp edges sticking out. The worst was the nail that was protruding at the enterance into the room which was not visible. It cut into my son’s foot. To make things worst, they wanted us to pay for the heater when it was freaking cold 4 degree. Nevertheless, upon contacting Nivalink, they manage to change our hotel without any hassle. Special thanks to Sonu. She did a great job. Nivalink was very professional in handling whatever issues we had along our trip. Not forgetting our awesome driver, Sushil. He was very alert and cautious driver. A special thanks to him. Thanks for making our trip a plesent one though there were little hiccups.

I have personally travelled by this tour to NER ( Guwahati,Tawang, Kaziranga, Shillong, Cherapunjee etc.) it was an excellent experience in all respect . Hotels were of very good quality, transport arrangement was excellent, very good co-operation through out the tour end.
