Niranta Airport Transit Hotel

Very Convenient as it is at the Terminal 2(location: drop off at P5 Parking > take lift to P4 > you will see main entry towards the left after approx 5min walk) but overall great customer service. Rooms were nice and updated. Bit small but you cant expect more at a transit hotel. Food at the restaurant was 4/5 but with very limited option. Overall I would recommend this hotel for the facilities and ease of transit.

The Niranta was an excellent hotel for a later arrival at the Mumbai airport. The room was comfortable, with a soft bed and a great shower! It was surprisingly quiet for an airport. Finally the room service was quick and the food was great. I will definitely be staying again.

We used this facility for our 9hr layover in Mumbai airport.
The service is amazing. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. The rooms are very good, with great pressure and hot showers.
The internet was a little iffy but it wasn't a deal breaker. The complimentary breakfast buffet is a lovely add on.

Liked the aquarium fish look very happy and cared for, adds to the ambiance amd lets you forget that you are in a window place but good airquality nevertheless. It seems to me that clear communication is essential not just assuming things without checking with them for confirmation ... that helped a lot.

Had a great experience here, very convenient at the airport and Ratnesh and Hugaifa both made check in and payment smooth and easy. The rooms doesn't have windows which I guess is the only downside, but probably explained by that people need to sleep any time of the day here :) Breakfast was diviiiiiine, thank you!

Airport hotels serve a very specific purpose; they aren't trying to be a vacation destination.

With that in mind, it was GREAT and definitely exceeded my expectations especially since it's a non-global brand hotel in the Mumbai airport.

Easy to find, despite the lengthy instructions that we were sent. Super easy, located in T2 where all intl flights land.

Easy check-in at 3am.

The shower was GREAT. Hot quickly and I actually had to make it less hot. This was so welcome after 24 hours of travel.

The bed was good. The sheets are polyester blend so they were pilling a little. Polyester blend sheets are an unfortunate trend in budget hotels.

The room was very clean and bottled water was provided.

Hot breakfast starts at 6:30am and it was great. You can also order coffee and tea. We relaxed and filled up before our next flight.

I would stay here again in a heartbeat if I need a place to refresh before my next flight. This airport hotel absolutely delivers: location, cleanliness, great shower, comfortable bed and generous breakfast. Keep your expectations in check and enjoy this easy solution to long layovers!

First mention has to go to MEGHA as she provided a personalised knowledgeable service which went above & beyond. I bumped into her outside the hotel & even then she made sure i was ok then when i actually did need assistance she went above & beyond & provided exceptional service. She demonstrated exemplary customer service in a friendly professional manner for which i was very grateful for. It was abundantly clear her personality suits the job role & she is definitely an asset to the hotel. I never got to show her my appreciation so if any hotel staff are reading this review please pass on my thanks + above comments - I travelled early on Wednesday 27th December. I found the rest of the hotel staff where all friendly welcoming & provided excellent customer service. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble which was great. The hotel itself was clean with nice practical solutions especially for guests staying in particular for it's convenience in catching a flight. This was the purpose of my stay so i did not get the opportunity to try the food etc. In the room itself the shower design, the ports on the table & the international plugs all provided nice convenient practical solutions. Overall would definitely recommend staying here.

Excellent. However, I was not allowed to stay as I was not having flight ticket. I went to drop my spouse for Emirates flight and she was having valid flight ticket. Hotel staff was good to accommodate my spouse and not me. So we both didn't stay there. So I can't offer any review for rooms. But their approach and service while checking in process was very friendly and humble. Location is excellent. My request to hotel is that they should ask for flight ticket details at the time of advance booking itself. So such situation doesn't happen for advance booked guests at odd hours of midnight.

I am so deeply touched and heartwarmed by the service offered at niranta. I stayed overnight from international flight in transit to my next destination.
The hotel is very very easy to find and located is right outside arrivals. High security area.

I booked in a bailanese massage, the therapist attended me really had good massage skills and i was able to achedule in at 10.30pm which was great!! Massage is expensive for indian standard though, expect to pay as you would in europe or US. But the massage very very very good.
They even offer guests free complimentary 15 min massage!!

I decided to stay another night as i was unwell, the hotel offered me the same room for a lower price than my initial booking, which i was happy and surprised they didnt take advantage of it.

The manager Sameep was very kind, he accompanied me to outside the airport to recieve a parcel i had delivered to me, and helped pay for my parcel with indian payment system, and i paid him back.

My stomach was upset and the chef prepared me a special menu which some ingredients i had and then didnt want to charge me for his service. The meal was perfect as i asked for, and i was so very humbled by such loving care from every staff i met that i dont know the names of.

The only thing i didnt like was that the room didnt have any windows, i stayed in single room, as its the smallest. I see they have a room with a window, but its very expensive. i can understand as its a hotel inside the airport. The staff won me over. thankyou so much

Staying overnight Jan 3-4, single person. Used landslide hotel. It was very easy to find. Inside the terminal it makes it so easy to navigate and sabes a lot time. The staff is the most helpful, attentive, and caring. Truly bow down to them. Spa helped to take stress away. Again, the staff is the most caring. Dinning is fine. Was surprised not get Indian bread so. I had a premium room and the size was ok giving enough space for simple yoga practices. Pls keep in mind that not all rooms have a safelocker. But a truly nice touch to have fresh flowers in a room helps to uplift the absence of windows. Air-conditioner/heater is inside the room and working. Sippers, soap, tooth brash and paste, towels with soap and body wash are provided, but no bathrobe.
Was reading a lot of reviews with complaints for noise. In my experience, it was just fine, no difference from any other hotel. I would even say it was quite.
Overall it is a very good solution to fill a gap between connection flights. Highly recommend.

While it was a short stay, as I was transitting, I had a surprise complimentary foot massage offered by the manager Swathi and a very relaxing foot massage done by Sonya. For sure, will book a longer treatment in my next transit. Lovely staff. Had a short and sweet stay. Thank you.

I stayed on the arrival side of this transit hotel which is conveniently located at couple of minutes of walking distance after the baggage belts. Room was clean and cozy, room service was great and food was amazing. Room came with a complimentary 15 minute foot massage which was very relaxing and a must after a long flight.

Extremely convenient when arriving or leaving from Mumbai intl airport late night/early morning. Buffet beakfast is fresh, expansive and delicious. Rooms are convenient, not necessarily spacious, but adequate. Clean and well-maintained. A huge shout-out to all the staff. Excellent service and care. Would highly recommend Niranta Mumbai.

My elderly parents were transiting at Mumbai airport and little anxious with their international flight. Ms Kalina helped them with the check in and ensured they were at ease and got all the required support. Jagganath helped them with the check out and also to find their gate. They couldn’t stop thanking both Kalina and Jagganath who made their travel extremely comfortable. I sincerely thank your wonderful team who are clearly the assets to your property. Would highly recommend this property which exceeded our expectations.

Perfect hotel for stopover 💖
The hotel is located in the International Airport in Mumbai. We always stay there as it is extremely comfy to arrive in Mumbai and be at the checkin within no time.
The rooms are nice, even if some have no windows (as they are in airport), however to get relaxing sleep it is great.
We like the breakfast choice a lot and also we enjoy the street food opportunities just outside that can reached with the respective access card. 🌶
The staff is very kind and helpful. Sir Mahavir did a perfect job on our last stay, service oriented at its best, when we stayed in the annex hotel part 200 m away from main building.
For my husband and me this hotel is perfect and was and is the reason we do not fly to Delhi anymore on our way to our second home Udaipur. 🙌🏻

We had a early morning flight and wanted to rest in the night with the kids. Niranta is a perfect transit hotel. The staff are responsive and go extra mile for the guests. Special thanks to Mr Nilesh D and Mr Sandeep for making the stay wonderful.

One of the most beautiful and comfortable place to stay after a hectic schedule. The reception and the services are top notch. Highly recommended for business meets and family get-together. The food is also very child friendly and can be accommodated for toddlers too. On the whole a wonderful experience at this place namaste a must try.
