Chembur Post Office

First ever post office where staffs are really working on every counter. public getting their work done and happily going back.

One always thinks the P.O is a slow tiring inefficient space but they have really improved with younger efficient staff. Their domestic and international speed post courier rates are incomparable and I'm impressed with the speed of delivery as well.. tracking is still a bit of an issue for international packages - but I'm sure they'll get there. Keep it up

A neat, clean and public friendly P.O. Very helpful, patient and considerate staff, down to the last person on duty. Moreover, ample seating space, writing desks, Railway reservation counter, ATM and Aadhar registration and updation facilities makes this H.P.O a user friendly P.O. The greenery around adds to the cool and pleasant ambience of the Chembur H.P.O.

Post office is spacious with many counters..the employees are kind and customer friendly...Due to many counters..senior citizens don't have to wait in long queues....

I wish all post offices across Mumbai were like this ...

The postmen are friendly and tendency to help. Usual govt job attitude is not with them.
