Pandi Sri Muneeswar Kovil is located in Madurai - just 2 kilometers away from Mattuthavani bus stand. This temple is heavily crowded in Sundays and holidays. People from nearby villages come here and perform their offerings. The goats are cut and offered to the God. Hundreds of tonsuring is offered in a single day. This is a very powerful God. People invite this God to their family functions and give Him the first invitation. There are many stalls selling garlands, flowers and coconuts. There are many mahals/mandapams around this temple and so people stay in these mahals and perform the family function and go to the temple to make their offerings. Pandi Muneeswar comes in the tongues of the any of the devotees and informs the future of the other devotees - divination.

Such a Rush and Blessy place in madurai. Lot of Devotees daily take darshan here. Especially Friday and Sunday much crowd will be there. Kidai Virunthu is special. Saamiyaattam also. As part of my madurai visit I have visited this temple on 03.12.2023 and worshiped.
Family God for the sorrunding Village people.
Always crowded with devotees.
It took three hours for me to have a dharsan of this god.

Offering of goats ,cocks are available in the temple inside.
Annadhanam is also offered here in the noon time. The poojari is very kind enough to attend the devotees.
