Efficient staffs make things easy for all.

Even Seperate sub-staffs arrangements for sequence of customers is really appreciated. They maintain customers sequence by offering seats and other assistance (like offering deposit forms, helpingto get other forms filled up, Aadhar process.. etc).

I use mostly speed post/registered parcel-- very helpful staffs are there even after duty rotation.

Banking section--mainly for PPF-- I got immense help from the staffs,incharge lady & Postmaster.....

All staffs in every window communicate in English-- an added advantage for customers like me.

Kudos to team 👏...

Only request--pl arrangeme to get the lift correct for senior citizens, as many of them comes and they need to climb stairs.

For the customers , who comes before opening of post office(to do their job advance), they need to wait in stairs.... if a small waiting lounge is arranged for senior citizens(specially), it will be great of you....

even I hv seen U offer chair's from rooms (where post man brother's & sisters work station ) for waiting seniors citizens before opening of post office....

It's awesome 👌 behavior, generally a rare picture in post offices....

Staff are really helpful and courteous, they try their best to solve the issue. .
