A self sufficient post office ,
Friendly staff ,
Only downside is it’s hard to find location of the post office as it is tucked in between residential area .
But google maps would suffice .

I have been living in Besant Nagar for the early part of 30 years. Grew up with the post office. We knew every post man and post woman here.
The staff was very helpful.
Now, even though we are not there, we prefer to keep our savings from there due to affinity. Yet the ever changing staff do not understand that integrity.

This is a very helpful place for most purposes of the postal service.
But, the only problem I am facing during this covid-19 lock down is this.
I have a flat at Besant Nagar, and I am a senior citizen living alone.
I went abroad to visit my kids just before the lock-down. Now I don't know when I can return. I expect lot of mails in June and July. I want to report a change of address for mail delivery. I don't know how to do it online. If the post-master sees this review, I hope he can send a reply to my email address at nmarbus@gmail.com
