The worst post office ive been to in all of India. There was a fair thin North indian guy with spectacles sitting in the courier booking counter. Told him I have to send a package of a watch.his immediate reaction was he kept saying "watch not allowed watch not allowed" without even listening . later I went to another counter and the lady sitting in the corner was courteous enough to check with her superior to realise that it was in fact ALLOWED. But i decided not to send it through them as they made a fuss about the packaging again. Some of the guys sitting there have no accountability and are just whiling away their time. They are just hoping that no one walks in and they can get their salaries without doing anything !! A prime example of a dysfunctional indian government office!!

Worst service i sent my parcel on 26/10/2023 till now my parcel not reached he did a mistake with my address he is not mentioned my address properly

I went to close my MIS which matured in April itself. ( Had gone four times in the last two months and was told to come after lockdown). Im told now they work only till 1.00 pm. There seems to be no change in timings mentioned in the website....very disappointed

One of the worst behaviour from their office all staff persons and they dnt know how to talk with customers .... And they talks to customer like that they are the owner of the Indian post office .... Here I advice to their head of the department kindly teach your office staff to behave well with customers as well as with senior citizens .....

Completely arrogant behavior of the staff sitting at the speed post counter.

Like any other government offices, employees are arrogant and condescending
