Famous Jewelry in the city. Very big multi floored branch with extremely huge collections. Friendly staffs and management but billing was very slow and time talking. We waited for more than 30min. Wastage is in higher side compare to competitors.

Awesome hospitality from the staff every time I go visit Kalyan Jewellers. Each time different staff, but the Hospitality is as same as marvellous. I think, the management takes care of the staff well and the staff are true to their management:) Great place to buy your jewels even if you get your children, they are so kind to them.

Good staff behavior. All newly arrived types of jewelleris are available here. Jewelleris collection is very nice. They have less expensive and charging little bit less making charges. We have earned bonus points also in every purchase. Nice place available for small kids.

1st Kalyan jewellers branch in chennai. Awesome collections.Sales persons are youngsters and very helpful.

Employee are friendly and caring. But they're not well trained to answer all sorts of questions.
Q - In terms and conditions there was a point, Upon completion of all payments "gift voucher worth of 3000 will be given " I asked them, voucher be cash or jewellery.
A - If I pay all the payments without fail the penalty amount will not be charged i.e. 3000/- ( not one, asked three employees all said the same) and I left the place with this question still unanswered.

Very spacious showroom and elegant designs. Courteous staff. Answered all our queries. Got a good discount too. Thanks to Mr. Manivanan, our experience in jewellery purchase was wonderful.
