Emergency & ICU ward had been taken care very well. Nurse availability was quite delayed in general ward. Staff & nurses were polite. Cleanliness can be improved. Doctors are very professional & work as a team consist of one senior doctor along with 3-5 doctors. Uniform has allocated separately based on the hierarchy level. I had personal experience with the vascular team. The senior doctor Dr.sekar N & team treated me & cured completely. Thanks to the team!

Awesome hospital with very friendly and compassionate staff. I went for a master health check up and they did a very methodical and quick job. All tests were done within three hours.

Instructions were clearly written in all places in English and Tamil 👍. Very clean facilities with a nice look and modern equipment. Well organized. The way they use WhatsApp to coordinate and communicate is awesome.

We recently had a hospitalization experience at Kauvery Hospital and I wanted to share my perspectives about the immense care and attention we received. There is a competition among the various departments like nursing, housekeeping and service excellence in this hospital, each vying with one another to ensure patients'. treatment and comfort. While I am not qualified to write about the competence of the doctors, I can feel the impact and effect of their treatment and the comfort I derived since my admission here. The nurses are ever smiling angels and attend to patient’s problems effectively and immediately. The house keeping staff are ever ready to do anything to enhance the comfort of the patients. The service excellence department has enhanced overall efficiency of the systemic response to patients by constant fine tuning with inputs from patients and attendants. On the whole our stay and care given here were of high order.

Dr P Preethi is one of the most fantastic most professional and extremely patient ENT that we came to. she is kind to explain every step in the process, and also through her genuine gentle nature. She describes if there is complications and how to overcome. Her assistant Ms Versha also is learning her legacy and growing through the journey. We highly recommend this doctor, and we wish herself and the team. All the very best.

We went for the whole body health check and had a really great experience. All the tests were done in half a day which is something I've not seen done in other big hospitals I went for health check in the past. Also most of the tests are done in the same building which makes it even better. The coordination from the health check team is amazing, worth to mention Grace who is the lead. She was always available to help and very cordial. I would recommend here for any health checks. Also the whole body check plan I chose seemed to have more tests than comparative tests from other hospitals.

The services were good in overall. Everyone took good care the Doctor and sisters were friendly. I could see special efforts taken for children to make them feel comfortable in the hospital by giving them some activities and spending some time with them. Thanks to everyone it was a good experience overall.

Admitted recently for two days. All the medical and support staff are very nice and well behaved. Got all the required support and assistance without any delay. Food was very hygienic, sufficient and on time. Thanks everyone.

Wonderful experience during Master health checkup at Kauvery Alwarpet. Front office provided excellent support during master health checkup. Particularly Grace Manjula made the entire process faster. ENT doctor took extra care and amazing. Overall impressed with the expertise and care provided.

I recently experienced the home care nursing service provided by Kauvery Hospital Chennai. We needed to give my father an IV injection at home since he was not in a position to go to the hospital for this. Ms.Pauline Charles and Ms.Agalya from their home nursing care team visited us. The whole process was very well handled. They were prompt with the booking of the service, reached on time and were fully prepared for the service. They were very professional and thorough and waited for some time after the IV was completed to ensure there were no reactions. Their service is very useful for non-emergency nursing needs needed at home. The charges were also quite reasonable.

This our first time experience in kauvery Hospital. We didn't expect tis much they treated well from the beginning and given much care to my father. Nursing staff, house keeping staff and patient care staff really thanks for ur service

The surgery was explained to us in detail, and Dr. Mukund and the entire team were friendly and approachable. The postoperative care and follow-up were amazing. Special mention to Dr. Mrinalini, Dr. William and Dr.Vikram. Big thanks to Ms. Lalitha for coordinating.

Dr. Keerthi, Surgeon was excellent and the hospital doctors, nurses and staff were caring and proactive. The treatment/ surgery timing was prompt. The hospital and the admission room was clean and sanitary. Diet for patients was very specific to their conditions. Over all, really good treatment, care and support.

The recent experience with the Kauvery hospital, Chennai is worth mentioning. I have taken the master health check-up in another hospital close to my residence. I have also done the CT Angiogram as recommended by the Cardiologist of the hospital. The CT Angiogram suggested some amount of calcification but not at a worrying level. The cardiologist prescribed medicines and informed me that any further course of treatment can be considered only if I have any discomfort in future.

I had visited Kauvery hospital for several years both for the master health checkups and medical consultations for me and for my wife in the past. The consultation with Dr.R. Anantharaman, Cardiologist was due and so I visited him with the recent master health checkup reports. He reviewed all the relevant reports including the CT scan of the Coronary angiogram and suggested going in for a Treadmill test immediately as he was not convinced of the accuracy of the CT scan report. As the Treadmill test showed a significant variation, he decided to go for an angiogram procedure at the earliest.
The very next day the Angiogram was scheduled and Dr. Anantharaman and Dr. Kamal, another cardiologist conducted the procedure. Dr.Anantharaman said that the block was significant with over 80 percent in the left main artery. The entire procedure of angioplasty lasted for almost 2 hours and Dr. Anantharaman and Dr. Kamal expressed happiness and satisfaction on achieving good result at the end. Timely action saved me from the threat of heart attack if left unattended. This was possible because both Dr. Anantharaman and Dr. Kamal worked with so much professionalism and compassion and I will be ever thankful to them.

Besides, I must mention the help and assistance provided by his secretary Sravanthy sister right from day one. She helped me in scheduling the appointment with Dr. Anantharaman and in getting a slot for the angiogram procedure the very next day. On both occasions Ms. Sravanthi called me to inform around 9;15 pm which is usually an unexpected gesture. Sravanthy sister also helped us in many ways right through completion of insurance related formalities, securing a private room, settlement of bills and finally getting discharge from the hospital by coordinating with every department to provide a smooth passage till my discharge. My thanks to Kalaivani sister also who organised the medicines and shared educative materials to be followed after the discharge. Finally I want to conclude that everyone works as team in treating the patients and providing their best help and services to our utmost satisfaction.

My niece was admitted there for a procedure. We were by and large happy with the hospital experience. She was admitted to the Skyview ward which was very clean and maintained. The only problem was with the internet connection which was non functional. Special mention about Ms.Gnanalakshmi and Ms.Ezhilarasi. Both of them provided excellent and courteous service

So far as I'm personally concerned I'm very happy during the stay in this hospital. The general performance has been uniformly good in all aspects from both doctors and other staffs and attendants helped me alot. I Pray God to give long life to them. Very good treatment. Excellent.

My husband was having some health issues so we went the kaveri hospital, Alwarpet branch. Hospital is neat n clean and well equipped. Here would like to mention one guest relationship officer her name is Dharshika she made everything very simple n comfortable from Dr. Appointment to MIR test and all.She is very polite n knowledgeable. Went to Kauvery hospital without an appointment to meet Dr.Sekar. The reception staff especially Ms.Sheela was quick and efficient. Excellent patient care. Major source of encouragement that the patient will go back after complete recovery. Hospitals need more compassionate people like her.
