The experience was delightful. The mini meals were not only delicious but also offered a great variety of flavors. Each component, from the main dish to the sides, was well-prepared and seasoned perfectly. The portion size was just right, and the presentation was appealing. The restaurant's ambiance was pleasant, and the service was prompt. Overall, I had a satisfying dining experience and would recommend trying their mini meals.

Have been here for more times and a good break for a quick tiffin. food quality is good and limited parking available outside the hotel. you get Veg food and at nominal price.

Still the best affordable hotel in Nungambakkam. Eating there for the past 30 years. Amazing tiffin items and good filter coffee.

Awesome people s in service area in first floor.

By my mistake, food gravy fallen on my Trouser from one service boys ....
but their service incharge cleaned that by his own handkerchief. He called other service boys also with tissues , hot water etc .....

I felt so small Infront of his greatness.....

After food ,during my departure, he said sorry with folded hand for the incident .....

I have been eating here since the 1980s as a student. The place is a simple vegetarian restaurant which serves all the popular dishes from Tamil Nadu. They are famous for their sambar Vadai, idlies, dosas, Rava dosas, Pongal and Upma. They also serve South Indian meals in the 1st floor. The Sambar served here is excellent. The place is very straightforward simple place designed to serve its continuous patrons quick meals and exit soon. Most of the customers don't stay here for more than half and hour. Surely one of my top 10 vegetarian restaurants in Chennai just because of the taste and quality of the food.

The food is delicious, & the hospitality is exceptional!

Lunch hour is rush hour here.

Went here for brunch had a yummy evening snacks..There chola puri and veg options are must try..A hygienic food and compatible seating 💺..

I and my friend visited this restaurant at Nungambakkam Chennai for a light dinner. The restaurant was moderately crowded although we could get a 2 seater table instantly. We ordered a alu paratha, phulkas (north/east Indian handmade tawa roti) and matar paneer.
The phulkas got our order delayed by 10/15 minutes which we were pre-advised. Ultimately the items were served and they were very good. Very tasty and cooked in North Indian style, specially the paneer item. The alu paratha was more of an alu naan or a lightly stuffed alu kulcha but was tasty. The phulkas were soft and fully blownup and good but man they were extremely costly. 3 phulkas cost Rs.100.00 😣. Doesn't know why phulkas are so costly in Chennai.
Various fruit juices and shakes are also available which we didn't try.
The restaurant remains crowded most of the time but foods are served without much delay. The cleanliness and behaviours of the staffs are good.
Lastly, we enjoyed our dinner although cost of the phulkas still pinching us. Recommended though, for the taste of the food.

Has Establishment in the ideal spot. Additionally a major Restaurant. Everything is Nice. Short bite or full suppers or Tiffin things, Everything Available. Expenses are bit higher than Hotels yet quality matters. So its sensible for their expense. Servicing is likewise Fast and Foods are Healthy and Tasty. Administration People are pleasant in taking care of customers. Worth a Try. Indeed, even has A/c Hall in the First floor.

Food was Excellent And fast pickaping I have reaigood Feel.... Mister Gurumorthy he attending my family he is nice and good gentleman .... Thanks sir... Surely we will come next time also....

I have been customer of this restaraunt close 2 decades, i have never felt being compeomised on the quality of thr food here, and taste is sometimes peerless. More importantly the hotel caters en-mass, not any particular class, by optimising the cost very well

Gone for lunch, full meals costing ₹125/-, tasty food, healthy food, digested and I like it very much ( normally while having meals from Chennai hotels nearby Central station, it would not digest and making stomach trouble), provided sufficient quantity. Staffs were well behaved and done there work patiently during this pandemic period.👍

Hotel Rajbhavan in Nungambakkam. Parking available.atmosphere inside the hotel is good.. ordered food came in time... We had breakfast.kesari Idli Vada 🧅 onion rava dosa and coffee . Food is good..fully satisfied....we got parcel also for our family members.. i strongly recommend it for others.

Best vegetarian hotel in Nungambakkam. Outstanding service. Their afternoon meals is their highlight. The building and interiors may look a bit old but that's what I need - a touch of antiquity coupled with great tasting food. Simply heaven..!!

Best vegiteration Hotel. I am visiting this hotel for last 19 years frequently. In 2000, a meal rate in AC hall was Rs 30.

Polite staff and service. We can go with family and friends in weekend.

Enough Parking is available on the main road itself.

We went here for a quick bite as we were in a hurry. And it was not a disappointment at all.
The place was crowded but very neat and clean. The service was fast and the food was very very tasty. Wish we had time to savour it. They have AC service on the first floor.
I would definitely love to visit this place again leisurely.

Nice and good hotel on the sterling road, Nungambakkam. Early morning filter coffee and pongal which I used to eat was very good. Also the lunch meals was awesome one to have. It was the one of the oldest hotel available at nungambakkam which is famous. AIr conditioning rooms with family rooms are available. Parking area available at the front of the hotel.

One of the best place in chennai to have good Medhu vada, idli , different varieties of Dosa, mini tiffin & authentic filter coffee! If you are in and around Nungambakkam Raaj bhavan is the best place to have your breakfast. This is one of my favourite place for having breakfast & coffee, They do have lunch which will be good i& value for money.
