Had been to Lotus Furniture yesterday. Here are my comments
1)The price was too costly.
2)The manager dint have any knowledge about the goods that they have
3)Was not customer-friendly

Great cheaters of Chennai, Ordered for Solid wood study table but they delivered a plywood table, asked them to replace the table and its almost 2 moths still they have not delivered, daily I am making calls and there is no response. Owner never pick up his phone, Manager never come to showroom.
Never never buy or do any business with them. Real frauds

Best fraudsters of all time. I sincerely advice anyone who want to buy furniture NOT to go to this shop. They will respond only till you pay money and rest follows as unresponsive manager, employees and even the owner (never picks up call). WORST experience that I have ever had in my life.

The place wasn't clean or properly maintained. The staff were simply trying to get us to buy something, prices were a bit higher for the wood quality. Some of the pieces shown to us as Sheesham Wood wasn't real Sheesham. We didn't want to argue, so we left the place as soon as we could.

My father booked a sofa set on 19/8/16 and paid Rs.5000 as advance and they promised to deliver the same within a week. Till date not received the furniture and repeatedly they are postponing saying next week.

They are cheaters pathetic service . i ordered a dining table and 4 chairs for 18500 they delivered it after 1 week and gave 4 different old chairs which I didn't even ordered .I called them and they asked for 2 days time to replace .after 2 days they again asked for 4 days and after 4 days they asked for 1 week again .till now nothing has been replaced after continuos follow-ups and Calling

I have the same problem they just wont pick up the phn.promised twice and yet no signs of commitment.wont deal with them in future.once they have the money they play games

Never ever go to this shop. Worst in quality, detestable in service. Cheaters of all time. A black spot in Velachery. BUYERS BEWARE!!
