Dr Hema is magical, I feel. I was having a knee issue for the longest time and had to stop running and other sports activities. I went to a couple of other doctors who could not diagnose the problem itself properly and unnecessarily paid for X-rays etc. Dr Hema figured out the actual problem immediately and realized it was not a knee issue but a muscle issue. Her dry needling treatment and exercises have completely healed my leg and I am back to pain free activity now. She is also really friendly and explains the entire issue every time patiently. Her team is also very sweet. She is extremely professional and sticks to appointment timings, unlike long waits at doctors offices. I would recommend her highly.

I can literally give Dr.Hema a 5 star rating just for the accurate diagnosis of my problem but that was merely the beginning. Long story short - I was suffering from lower back pain for more than 4 months straight trying different therapies suggested by an orthopaedic surgeon but to no avail. In the very first visit itself, Dr. Hema identified the problem which was my piriformis muscle in the gluteal area and not my back. Just 7 sessions at this physio centre and I am almost back to normal from a state where I was having difficulty and pain in just standing up or sitting. The best part is that her whole treatment process is angled towards getting your life back to normal to the same state that it was before you had issues. She always encourages you to put the treated muscle to use gradually instead of letting it stagnate and rust. Her knowledge about the musculoskeletal system is simply impeccable as are her treatment methods. Brownie points for the adorable cat in the premises.

Had issues with my IT band and hamstring for over an year due to playing competitive sports and athletics. However, got it resolved within few weeks after visiting the clinic.

Needle therapy offered here proved very beneficial for me. The way it was done was also very professional. Hema mam patiently listened to my entire problem and analyzed it and gave the perfect remedy. My leg got better within 5 to 6 sessions of needle therapy.

I came to know about Dr. Hema when I was looking for a good physio in Chennai. I couldn't move at all due to muscle spasm in my lower back. Just one sitting with her and i felt more confident, much better physically. She gives a lot of confidence and just by touching the muscles identified the exact muscle which needed treatment. Gave me few exercises and inwas fine without any doses of medicine.
I also took my mother to her for problem of constant leg cramps. She did the dry needle treatment which showed improvement in her condition. Simply Brilliant !!! I went to Hema’s Physiocare with a stiff neck pain and she was able to identify the root cause of the issue within a minute and provide the apt Physio treatment therapy. I would like to share my experience here.. I had a severe neck pain. I was referred to Dr Hema mam by one of my Dr Friend. On the first day she has diagnose my problem correctly. She started the treatment . After my first session 50 % of my problem got resolved. Again after getting another 2 session. I am 100% alright now. She is very chill and understand patient very well. Extremely grateful to Hema ma'am for putting me back in the marathon circuit after a knee injury. She was able to discern between the muscle that's paining vs. the muscle that's actually strained causing that pain. The best thing about her is she doesn't completely stop you from training. With a good reference from Hyderabad I have consulted Dr. Hema for my neck and back pain.

I am literally suffering from this pain since a very long time. Though I have tried many other ways I couldnt find much relief. The way she has identified my problem and explained the course of treatment is really appreciable. I am suffering from muscular related problems. Though the treatment is very painful I could find the difference from 3rd session itself. I was unable to walk or stand for few minutes. Now after the therapy it is really unbelievable I am able to walk for 45min at a stretch. Thats a big achievement for me. She explains everything patiently and takes care of everything. Was surprised in the beginning with how she diagnosed what my problem was and I saw the difference after the very first session . Hi my name is Benny . I do a lot f cycling , jogging , workouts in the gym and all the crazy things that a 66yr old does to stay young :). Dr. Hema is very professional and highly knowledgeable in her field. She correctly identified my problem. I was impressed by the way she explained what caused my problem very simply that even a layman could understand. She treated me with a new method of treatment called dry needle therapy.
