Adjoining medical experts with whom they have tie up to ensure their prescriptions are executed with them only which they too claim proudly.
Of course all such medicines available with them and they charge on MRP only. Phone orders require repeated follow up and no calling back or conformations

Had the worst experience of my life with them. I had gone to Sethuram medicals, ra puram. Our paediatrician had given a tablet for seizure for my kid which in the pharmacy they told me they will not give without a prescription and when I went the next day with the doctors prescription they told me they simply cannot give the tablet for no reason despite showing the dr’s prescription. Infact the person sitting in the cash counter told me it is absolutely the pharmacy’s choice whether to give the medicine or not even if we have the prescription with us. I was shocked. I was in dire need of the medicine for my kid and it was unavailable in other pharmacies. They were extremely unprofessional and the person sitting in the cash counter was outright rude.if they were not ready to sell the medicine they could have informed me the day before itself.

I've never experienced such a disastrous combination of poor delivery and awful customer response.
I'd give them a negative star rating if it were possible.
