Trustpuram Government Gym

This government gym would be a gem 💎 for those who wants to build their body edurence and strength by spending zero-money to anyone! Yes today, I visited this gym and done some workouts. Here is the things I want to share before anyone hit this gym !

1) Equipments are old school style. So, the plates and weights are made of iron. So, the weight plates are strong and sturdy.

2) We have to bring a water bottle with us. There isn't a water can or anything to use. I'm not sure about the restroom.

3) It's a government gym. But still the place is not bad enough and there is a music player which will bring fire in our veins by playing trendy songs..!

4) There is a huge ground behind the gym. So, if anyone wants to run, jog so on.. You can do those activities too. And the pull up bars and some other workouts using bars can be done behind the gym.

Trestpuram government gum is like a payment type gum... everything ( all'instruments had ) good condition. But it's free ( not any cost ) fully free.
And it's attached a big Play ground...
We can playing cricket, football, walking, running...

One of the best maintained Corporation play ground with good functional Gym. Huge play ground mornings bustling with shuttle players, Cricket playing youths and walkers. Sundays atleast five casual cricket teams play their games.

Free fitness centre 😁

A very good place for workout for free and it's near to ground for play and exercise.
