I recently had the pleasure of embarking on the Auli trekking adventure, and I can confidently say it was an absolutely unforgettable experience. The panoramic mountain views were nothing short of spectacular, and I would give this trek a solid five stars!

From the moment we set foot on the trail, the beauty of the Himalayas unfolded before our eyes. The snow-capped peaks, pristine landscapes, and crisp mountain air created a surreal atmosphere that left me in awe at every turn. Auli is truly a paradise for nature lovers and adventure seekers alike.

The trek itself was well-organized, thanks to the expertise of our guide and the support staff. Their knowledge of the terrain, combined with their friendly demeanor, made the journey not only enjoyable but also safe. The trail was well-marked, ensuring that even novice trekkers like myself could navigate with ease.

One of the highlights of the trek was reaching the summit and being rewarded with a 360-degree view of the surrounding mountains. The sense of accomplishment and the breathtaking scenery made every step worthwhile. I couldn't help but take countless photos to capture the grandeur of the moment.

The accommodations along the trek were comfortable, providing a cozy refuge after a day of exploration. The local cuisine served was a delightful surprise, offering a taste of the region's rich culinary culture. It added an authentic touch to the overall experience.

If you're considering a trek in Auli and are yearning for jaw-dropping mountain views, this is the perfect destination. The combination of natural beauty, well-planned logistics, and warm hospitality made my Auli trekking adventure an absolute gem. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking an immersive mountain experience.

Auli is a Himalayan hill station in the north Indian state of Uttarakhand. It’s surrounded by coniferous and oak forests, plus the Nanda Devi and Nar Parvat mountains. A long cable car links Auli to the town of Joshimath. North of Auli are the colorful Badrinath Temple, a Hindu pilgrimage site.

The 10+ hours of travel in a hilly road with multiple twists and turns will be nothing in front of the view you experience when you reach the top. One could easy feel that they are on top of the world. Snow clad peaks all around, cool breeze and white velvet spread all over the slope till the end of your eyes gaze.

I would rate this as one of my best ever experience. May be because of the distance or connectivity the number of tourists is relatively low which will be a great advantage for people who love to stay around and roam, most of the time you will all alone by yourself and the solitude will bring you immense pleasure.

And I have to specially mention about the people there, they are the best and amazing hosts. They literally treat you like a guest to their own home. Right from the taxi driver to hotel owner to a waiter in a local restaurant.

They are living a peaceful life and you can feel the same when you happen to visit the heaven on the Earth.

One of the best skiing destination in India . Located at a altitude of 10000 sft with the panoromaic view of Nandadebi , Kamet and other snow clad picks of Himalayas , it is a very popular tourist destination in Uttarkhand's Garowal region . Apart from ski slopes , Garson bugiyal , and the cable car ride ( probably the longest cable car ride in India , 4 km and escalation of 2000 metre ) is another attraction .

Must visit. Beautiful place. You get to eatables at maggi point. Just keep in mind not to fill up the place with polythene, plastic and other garbage. Dump all of it in dustbins. A lot of tourists are turning this place into a garbage bin.

One of the finest places to track. If you are alone then be ready to listen to the sound of nature around you and yes, sound of water too!

You approach to it following the road beside joshimath kotwali. Riding a few stairs you get to the ticket counter. Cable cars allow maximum of 25 passengers along with the conductor. You go up another floor to reach to the platform from where the car starts for auli
