Snow City Auli is run by a very generous and hospitable couple who are keen on providing a great experience. The property is placed beautifully on the lap of mountains on all sides with views of snow capped mountains. The balcony view rooms on the upper storey are big and spacious.

Food is cooked by the aunty itself and is as per customers preferences. We really loved what was served .

Out of our 3 Nights stay we felt hygiene and cleanliness in the room needed to be taken care of by the hosts as during our checkin Washroom was not cleaned, toilet seats were dirty and blankets provided were stinky.

Overall, considering the above issues to be looked upon by the host, the location, food, and service is excellent and recommended for all.

Snow city resort is located at on one of the top most locations in auli .
It gives a beautiful view with comfortable and hygienic rooms and very welcoming owners .
I was on a solo trip and had an amazing experience with the family who owns the place, they made me feel like home so it is highly recommended for solo travellers.
They have an open area for parking for bikes and cars.
A big thanks to the owners for making my stay so memorable.

The room was clean and well organised window facing mountains covered with snow. Morning and evening view was awesome Staff, food provided by hotel was very tasty and owner Mr. Madan was very cooperative during my journey and stay in Auli. The best thing about the hotel is the location... And the Aunty cooks really nom.. meals.. She is very cute.. And apricot chutney she makes is absolutely out of this world...should u visit her, don't be shy about the apricot chutney
