Can be taken over by Govt of West Bengal.
The Lalgarh royal family is one of the most famous in the history of West Midnapore. There are many historical stories about Lalgarh Rajbari. Although most of these palaces are almost ruined according to the rules of time. Now there are two schools running in the premises of this palace. Their family temple is also one of the most spectacular. The government and the royal family should properly maintain this architecture.

It is very painful see the current dilapidated condition of the age-old Lalgarh Rajbari. Government authorities must declare this whole property a "Heritage" one along with other areas surrounding the Rajbari immediately, lest it transforms into total ruins.

Though it is such an old architecture but still it's gossips with you about the historical facts of those days. The well decorated main gate of the building is showing the heritage & legacies of the kingdom of Lalgarh. It is unique & marvelous in all respect and a must see place in & around West Midnapur, West Bengal, India.
