Ghoradhara Children's Park

This park is very well maintained by the Jhargram local body. Very green with many tall trees surrounding it. We had visited it during Bosonto Utsav (Spring Festival).

A place with cool shadows of local variety of trees like "shal" and "segun" Nice place to hangout with friends ....this place becomes more colourful and vibrant on the eve of "saraswati pujo" , the festival of colour"HOLI", also the festival of "durga puja" held here...... Especially in holi local crowd join here from all age group folk music is played creating a enchanting environment

Not only me, but the kids and teenagers of Jhargram have spent one third of their childhood and youth days in this park. It holds a lot of memories of ours. It takes hardly 5 mins to reach this park from Jhargram railway station. The park is surrounded by tall SAL trees. It has a beautiful landscape. There are even sitting arrangements where a group of people can sit, chat and enjoy themselves. Also, a Sarbojanin Durga Puja happens due to which it poses a high density crowd.

Anytime open for all persons.. Anyone can go this place.. Very peaceful surrounding areas. Shal trees everywhere. Durga pujo is here every year.

It is a healthy & good place for every age's people , surrounded by Sal trees . Kids are come to play and old people are come to talk to each other well known as 'Adda'. 😄
Teenagers and boys are come to play Volleyball in winter . It's a not only a place, it's our Jhargram's 'Maddox Square' in Durga Puja every year .

Good Place to spend time with children. Durga puja and holi utsab is most favourite festival done here.

Casual place for youths, usually they come at morning and afternoon, it is open for all, though most of the things are destroyed, because there are no maintenance for the inner things, only outside wall had been reconstructed. It is a very popular place during the holy occasion of Durga Puja.

Beautiful small park of Jhargram coverd by Sal trees. This is the venue of annual Jhargram Mela. The Durga Puja organised here is the main attraction of the young crowd of Jhargram. Very photogenic, beautiful place.
