The best gym in Mogappair for the beginners....Most of my friends used to say their experience in gym, like they have to find ways to train themselves and the trainers there will be busy with their own works. But I never had this situation in Life fitness mogapair.. the trainers were all supportive and helpful. The gym is really good in terms of equipment and facilities. Cleanliness is on point. They have the best set of trainers in this locality and credit to my Personal trainer Balanchandar who has been very supportive and encouraging me to push past my limits with caution too. Already seeing differences in my overall strength & stamina and ability to exert more. Would definitely recommend a membership here.

My personal experience was excellent, the gym was clean, and the trainers, Karnish Master, Bala Master, and Praveen Master, were all extremely kind and knowledgeable. I was 102 kilograms when I first joined, and I'm now 88 kilograms, making this a completely reliable gym

Been going here for over a month. I'm from the United States, lived multiple years in Europe, and now here in Mogappair and Life Fitness is one of the best gyms I've been to. Maybe it's not glamorous at first sight, but gyms aren't there for glamor. Life Fitness has all the equipment and space you will need. Cardio room is actually quite extensive. They have turf and a sizable area for lifts. Can get crowded at peak hours, but everyone is kind and respects each others time and space. It's a good price - nothing remarkable compared to other gyms in the area, but more than fair. The trainers are immensely helpful and more willing to help than any other gym I've been to. Most importantly, it truly feels like a community. I've met some life long friends and been inspired by the cozy, yet progressive atmosphere that LF offers. Easy five stars.

I’ve been in the Life fitness GYM almost a year, kinda great n awesome GYM in Mogappair. highly recommend place to a macho guys… with all body building equipment’s and certainly personal caring trainers. Special thanks to Karnesh trainer, Appreciating all the trainers for their wonderful support and do keep up the service high as always.

Well equipped gym. Good atmosphere. Very clean & hygienic. Unisex. Step by step guidance by trainers. Got logical workout plans, diet plans & regular follow ups from trainer Shankar. Received good guidance from trainer Ezhilarasi. Has good training sessions with trainer Arun

Excellent, well cleaned and neat with enough areas for warm ups and contain all the equipments with very efficient trainers with good qualities of behaviour. In the entire Mugappair I have ever such a Gym and thanks to Mr. Muralikrishnan the proprietor for offering and good atmosphere for our health and special thanks to the Manager Ms.Kamala Orange who is managing the Gym and her clients is magnificent. Thanks to the security man, and all the house keeping male and females for maintaining the Gym with cleanliness and fragrance
