Blue Cross Vets clinic is a genuine place to treat your dear pets which I can vouch based on my own experience. My dog underwent a critical surgery which was performed by Dr. Nikita with precision and personal care. We had no tension at any point of time. Cost was most reasonable and transparency was maintained throughout pre and post operation visits. Medicines prescribed were reasonably priced. Overall EXCELLENT experience. May God bless Dr. Nikita and her team. I wish them a bright and prosperous future.

So, it was my first visit to a vet as I didn't had pet before. I took Cutiepie (my cat) to them and the doctor was really helpful.

She guided me with the basics and treated Cutiepie with so much care. I'll be returning soon for vaccination process. Right now, I got flea treatment done for Cutiepie ❤

Very down to earth staff and doctors. Bless you all with much love and hapiness. Went to hospital for eye surgery of my friends dog and she is doing well. Vet explained everything properly before and after surgery and they also do a lot lot lot for stray dogs. God bless them woth everything they want.

A great place, good doctors, good equipment. Lots of regular visitors. When I had to put one child to sleep, they understood my pain, and allowed me to cry, they understood my fear when I had to bring another child there after that. The bills are a bit high, but then they did do 3 tests and expedited the diagnosis. I wish a lot of recoveries and healing happens at this place.

Very professional, good setup, can treat multiple animals at a time. Do sonography, quick good treatment. No unnecessary medicines etc given. Rate is not very high. Appointment only. So call/WhatsApp in advance.

Had taken my cat simba for getting him neutered and also had opted for post operative care for 3 days. Received timely updates. All the vets are very good.

This is one of the best clinic I have come across in Navi Mumbai. Doctors are very caring and they know there work best. I have a turtle and it needed surgery . We started consulting Dr.Nikita and Dr. Esha at Blue Cross Vets Clinic since July 2022.
With 2 dogs and 5 cats i think we have seen through quite a few usual and unusual pet issues which includes vaccination, ear infection, gingivitis, spaying and dental cleaning. From our experience Blue cross stands out on the following:
1. Adherence to appointment time- You are expected to be on time and they do not disappoint on making sure you/ your pet are attended to on time. Yes, sometimes other consultations cross their intended time or there are emergency walk-ins, but the wait time is never too high or you are sounded out on arrival of any delay. I really appreciate this discipline
2. Hygiene - Sterilisation of tables after every examination, ensuring any pet with a contagious condition is isolated from other pets is always ensured. Overall cleanliness is superb and what one would expect in a veterinary clinic
3. Pre-operative and post operative care and follow up- Instructions on both sides of an operative procedure, explanation of the procedure, pros and cons, what to expect post-operative including exceptions are explained patiently and questions/ apprehensions heard and answered in detail. Follow up is rigorous and even if you fail in giving a feedback on time, you can expect a call from the doctors asking for the same
4. All basic diagnostic tools under one roof is a blessing without you having to run from one place to another
5 Staff ,right from reception to pet handlers are polite and cooperative.
6. From what i have observed both Dr.Esha and Dr.Nikita strive to keep themselves abreast of latest veterinary practices and have been upskilling themselves, the addition of dental procedures at Blue cross being an example
Overall in the last 15 months, i have enough reason to believe my pets are in good hands at Blue Cross.

Beyond words amazing staff, extremely skilled and professional in their work. We got our family dog's surgery done here snd the service provided was excellent.

Dr Nikita and Dr Isha are excellent drs in Navi Mumbai ,they operated & treated our rabbit's(Gattu) infected leg very effectively & finally gattu was completely recovered from his wound .
Blue cross staff is very polite and cooperative.

I would highly recommend taking your to pet to Blue Cross Vets Clinic! They did an excellent job in performing a dental surgery of my cat. My cat is a senior cat and most of her teeth were majorly rotten. The doctors there handled my cat very well and successfully completed the surgery in one sitting. My cat, who usually turns extremely violent during vet visits was super calm when she was treated at Blue Cross Vets Clinic. :)

Blue cross clinic is absolutely top-notch! The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and caring. They have a well-equipped facility and go the extra mile to ensure your pet's comfort. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my dog’s health. Highly recommended!

I got my first pet and was very worried about her care and well being. Dr. Esha and Dr. Nikita have been patient to rectify all my queries all the time. They are available even for the tiniest or weirdest query I had every time my pet behaved little differently. I'm having a 2 month old healthy & happy beagle puppy.
