I watched Mission Impossible here and I'm satisfied. Located near the train station. If you come by car then parking is available. Tickets are affordable, food available.
One thing which should be improved: the security guard checks by hands before entrance and it's not the way it's supposed to be.

I liked the cinema hall very much. I must say the kind of cleanliness inside the theatre was exceptional. Kudos to the HK team of the hall. The sound system and interiors of the mall were also good. It is not a PVR nor an Inox but was at the level of beating them. Seats were also comfortable and no stinking smell.

I went again after almost 3 months and I still loved this hall.

Convenient place for Ghansoli, Koparkhairane to watch movies. Latest movies are screened with multiple show timings and multiple screens. Fair snack items selection. And you can also grab something at McD on the premises for pre or post movie snacks.

Went on seeing movie in box office after more than 2 years. Good experience. Proper hygiene was there and all Covid related protocol were followed properly

I say it's best multiplex at Koparkhairane Navi Mumbai. Cleanliness is super. Drinking water facility available. Seats are very comfortable. Toilets cleanliness is good. Screen good, sound system is good. Parking available. Located just near Koparkhairane railway station.

Good helping staff and nice theatre,we forgot our keys in parking, staff was efficient enough to keep in their custody till such time we arrived.

Enjoy latest movies at reasonable rate. Limited parking. No need to venture out for food as McDonald's is in same building.

Sound and Picture Quality: The sound and picture quality were impressive. The audio was clear, and the visuals were sharp, which definitely added to the movie-watching experience.

Decent Movie Selection: Balaji Movieplex had a good variety of movies playing, catering to different tastes. I appreciated having options beyond just the mainstream releases.

Friendly Staff: The staff members were friendly and helpful. They guided me through the ticketing process efficiently, and their customer service was noteworthy.

Cons:

Room for Improvement: While the overall experience was positive, I couldn't help but notice some areas that could use improvement. The lobby area, for instance, felt a bit cramped and could benefit from a more spacious design.

Snack Pricing: I found the prices of snacks at the concession stand to be on the higher side. It would be great if they could offer more reasonable pricing for snacks.

Limited Seating Choices: I would have liked more seating options, such as premium seating or recliners, to enhance the comfort factor even further.

Crowded During Peak Hours: I visited during a weekend evening, and the theatre was quite crowded. While this isn't entirely unexpected, it did lead to some congestion in the lobby and longer lines for tickets and snacks.

Nice Movieplex, shows available at a cheaper rate

The theater is very clean, smells good, washrooms are clean and the staff are very nice. I enjoyed the movie.

There was this group of girls who were shouting and giggling the whole time and I'm sure the whole theatre was annoyed by these girls. The fact that we were there for watching The Nun 2, a horror movie and these people were laughing like what the hell guys maintain some decorum you're not at your home. 🫥😬😒😤🙄

There are very few theatres in Navi Mumbai. Balaji is the one of them. Located near koparkhairne rly station it's convenient place for residents of airoli, ghansoli, koparkhairne to watch movie. Staff is friendly and everything is properly managed.

Very nice place to spend your eve with your loved once. The staff is good the sound quality is good
